Jardín Tropical Hotel

We LOVED our stay at Jardin Tropical. It was the perfect relaxing break in the sun. Both pools are fantastic and we really enjoyed eating lunch in Burger & Crab by the pool then in the evening having drinks at the sunset bar. I was excited to go for breakfast each morning with a wonderful choice of food and drink. I just adored the bright, clean, modern decor of the hotel. The staff were also wonderful.

It is a very unique design hotel with magical tropical garden and marvelous views on the Atlantic Ocean, garden and swimming pools. Rooms are minimაlistic, but luxurious at the same time. It is worth mentioning how friendly and smiling the personnel is and how they provide you with an exhaustive information (special thanks to German speaking receptionist Natalia). We registered during breakfast and we have been offered a complimentary breakfast. Breakfast menu was exemplary with amazingly delicious tropical fruits. We were Club Members and there always were delicious snacks, good coffee, wine, champagne, beer and other beverages in the lounge for us as well as sweets and tapas. Swimming pools were located perfectly and the water was clean. We especially liked pool filled with the ocean water. This hotel has a separate tanning zone for Club Members from where you can enjoy amazing views of sunset. In the evening, good music and delicious food & drinks was guaranteed. We had an amazing dinner at the restaurant LA Roca, where all the staff was attentive and friendly. I would like to specially thank the hotel administration for congratulating my birthday in such a beautiful and tasteful way. We are very happy with our stay here, many thanks to all the personnel for such care!

One thing I wish is that the hotel had SPA as beautiful as the hotel and its garden are.

There are really too many positives to list, so I will go with the best parts. First and foremost, the hotel staff are amazing. Helpful and kind. I cannot stress this enough. They take great pride in their hotel and you can feel it. Second, location, location, location! Close to the beaches, stores, restaurants, and Beach Club Las Rocas. We got to experience Las Rocas from the Bali-bed perspective. It rocked! The saltwater swimming pool was cold, but clean, water changed out daily. If you come early, you can watch the pool be filled up. To be honest, it really was the best cross between a beach and a hotel pool. You don't have to clean off sand non-stop, at the same time having access to saltwater. Third, the food! Breakfast was delicious, lots of fresh fruit, eggs, breads, beans, yogurts, toppings, omelettes, etc. For lunch we snacked around the local restaurants, BUT.... Dinner... Guys... the seafood restaurant at Las Rocas is just amazing! Octopus, fresh tuna, bream, meats... to die for! Fourth, this hotel is smaller, relatively quite, beautifully made. You notice the architecture and care put into the upkeep. We had a double with an ocean view, which was spacious, clean and quiet. The bathroom was clean and well kept. Besides all this, this was the best vacation I had experienced in Tenerife, and quite honestly no big hotel chain can compare to this little gem. I could keep going, but why spoil all the awesome surprises.

To my utter amazement, nothing. This hotel is just better than most.

Everything perfect! Nuria at reception very friendly, helpful and efficient! The club option is definitely worth the premium paid!
