Ưu: The crew were good and very pleasant.

Ưu: Staff upgraded me both ways to an emergency exit row with more leg room.

Khuyết điểm: Breakfast was just so-so, not enough snacks or drink service throughout. The departure from the plane took over an hour (JFK’s fault, not Korean Air).

Ưu: The crew was amazing. The seats were good. I was pleasantly surprised to have a full meal on a two hour flight.

Ưu: The seats were cleaned and neatly arranged. Amenities were provided such as tooth brush and slippers which made the flight more comfortable.

Khuyết điểm: The meals could have been prepared better in both taste and quantity. Flight attendants could have come around more often to refill beverages or requests during meal servicing.

Ưu: The coach seats were larger than those on domestic flights. The window glass was dimmable for ideal lighting.

Khuyết điểm: The arm rests did not go up all the way. This made it difficult to maximize comfort with my wife.

Ưu: The service and food was great. Plains are new.

Ưu: Typical flight and all went well.

Khuyết điểm: Business class seats not very long if you are tall. Western meal option is not really very western. Crew is a little too efficient- got woken up 90 minutes before landing to clear the mattresses. Lots of announcements- a bit too much. On time, and quick to respond to requests. Sake was good as was the ramen.
