Friendly and knowledgeable staff . The rooms were clean and well appointed . There was attention to detail .

Location was excellent. Staff were very attentive. Complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolates for our anniversary which was very kind.

Didn’t have breakfast at hotel as it was too expensive at €29 each!

This hotel is located in a very convenient location in the city center, a very brief 5 minute walk to the main square with the Belfry Tower. The staff is wonderful in every way. Jana and Olivia were kind and very helpful. The manager walked us out to the square the first day on her way to run errands, so kind! It was our anniversary and they had a lovely dessert, chocolates and champagne in our room when we arrived. The buffet breakfast was delicious! The location is near many restaurants and shops in addition to being near Market Square, perfect location!

We had a rental car and had planned to use public parking after dropping off our luggage. We had not anticipated how extremely crowded the street would be in front of the hotel with pedestrians, bikes and cars on what is a narrow one lane cobblestone street. Also when we drove to the public parking near the outskirt of the center of Bruges it was full. This was in the middle of August. Fortunately the delightful staff was able to find room in their garage and we used the valet parking. This was the only aspect we would change in our stay.
