Stayed 1 night on September 2nd. Check-in staff excellent - professional and friendly. Same member of staff checking out, again, he was the consummate professional. Incredibly convenient if you're arriving by or departing on a train from Midi station. Food in restaurant was nice too!
If we were to be picky, the slightly limited restaurant menu...but the salmon burger was lovely!!

The confort of the room, the very friendly and professional staff at the reception, the clean room, the choice for breakfast.
Long waiting time to check in (only 2 employees between 6 and 7pm) No clean table available for breakfast (between 8 and 9) The area and particularly the parking which is next to the train station. The exit I took felt really unsafe (lots of leftovers from junkies including needles on the ground). I recommend to take the main exit through train station.

We liked everything: the nice and very helpful staff, cleanness and the comfort and beautiful design of the room, location, lots of taxis at the entrance of the hotel. Very convenient for a walk to the city centre and Eurostar Terminal .
We cannot blame the hotel for that, but when you get out the smell of urine on the pavement (trotoire) was horribly strong. The city council should be do smth about that.
