Khuyết điểm: Charges 2 Euros for a hotel tax after payment was made ahead of time. Missed scheduled wake-up call. That has never happened to me before at any place I've stayed.

Khuyết điểm: I like this hotel for brief business travel, except that it just seems cold and impersonable. One gets the feeling of just being a number passing through an efficient electronic turnstile. The facility is clean, the bed comfortable. But the rooms are « cold » in their efficient design. There is very little need for human interaction throughout. This is not a hotel to relax in or bring a family for vacation. It is simply an efficient room to stay enroute to someplace else.
