the room setup was nice

I didn't get an upgrade to a two bedroom suite as a gold elite member The sleeper sofa mattress was too thin to sleep on and the couch was very narrow so it was harder to sleep on

Excellent Hotel

The hotel was perfect for what we needed! Beds were so comfortable, love that there was 2 separate rooms, each wit their own bathrooms, enjoyed the fireplace as well! Staff were very friendly!

Great hotel and great location.

It's only a 10-15 minute drive to the downtown Pittsburgh area. The location is great....close to the airport (absolutely no jet engine noise can be heard). Also right next to Robinson Town Center retail development. An extraordinary amount of eating (fast food and sit down) surrounding you within a 3 minutes driving radius. I've always stayed at a downtown hotel but due to the events going on this weekend everything was sold out. Also has nice pool, tennis court and exercise facility. Will not stay downtown again considering this suite was 50℅ less expensive than the downtown Residence Inn. If going to a North Shore sporting event, I would highly suggest parking at Station Square and taking the Gateway Clipper over....total was a grand total $26 for parking and round trip ferry for 2. It's only a 45 second walk from the dock to Gate A of Heinz Field.

No dull service restaurant on site. Not a huge deal with everything that is around.

Breakfast kinda weak

Freshly renovated hotel, the rooms are very functional, and well appointed with SS appliances in the kitchens. A beautiful hotel for getting quiet work accomplished.

A couple of the food warmers for the breakfast didn't seem to be working properly. The eggs were cold.
