Old run down

Location was great for our stay there, close to everything we wanted to see.... Qualcomm stadium for a game, Petco stadium for another game, downtown, beaches, historic district.

Ants... Found one crawling on my hair in bed.... And in the bathroom, but grossed out. Bed made so much noise I was sure neighbors could hear. The lighting was poor, it was very dark in room even with all lights on, had to open drapes which let every single person walking by feel invited to look in. My fault for missing in description there was no continental breakfast so for convenience used restaurant attached.... 40.00 for lousy breakfast. Shower head was too low for... 5'9" woman... Water pressure low and not a lot of hot water, more lukewarm. Stayed 3 nights, 1 day the maids cleaned room replenished towels, the next they did not.... Had to call front desk for towels and set garbage outside so the ants didn't come into room. Overall, wish I had gone to another hotel and will not return here.

Adequate but a bit dated

The mattress was comfortable, everything was clean/worked, and the staff was friendly.

The hotel itself is a bit dated. You can hear your neighbors if they're loud talkers. The bed on the floor above me was squeaky; but luckily, it was only "used" once. The lighting is a bit dim and could be fixed with brighter white bulbs instead of the ones with a yellow tinge. The wi fi was working fine until the last few nights when my laptop informed me some cipher wasn't matching and the network may be compromised.

Dimly lit rooms that were slightly outdated. Heating/ cooling system inadequate for room size. Slightly noisy.

free internet was difficult to access. customer service ( help) # provided for it in ramada guide was incorrect. shower head leaked.

large rooms, good facilities, prompt housekeeping, reasonable pricing

Convenient location

We could have used a rubber bathmat to place on the bottom of the tub, for safety and convenience purposes. Does each room not have one, or just ours?
