Exchange Hotel Vancouver

The room had a king size bed.The bed was exceptionally comfortable.The room was well appointed and immaculate.It was very quiet,therefore conducive for a good rest.The hotel was in a very good area,accessible to great restaurants and shopping.I am very happy with my stay and will be back.This is an excellent hotel.

I liked everything.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff. Location is excellent, walking distance to Gastown, Rogers arena, Port of Vancouver Canada Place, Pacific Centre shopping and lively Granville Street. Would definitely recommend family and friends to stay here.

Good location, very comfortable and nice room with heated floor. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The restaurant was closed early by the time we checked in on Boxing Day and it was a little difficult to find things to eat on a cold rainy night. I wish the room service was available.

Clean, good location, staff are very helpful. Liked the robes and nice products. Safe in room and easy to use pod coffee system.

Decor is a little cheesy. No bathtubs unless you are in the top tier of room. Shower shelf placed in an awkward spot. Window looked into an office building. Hair dryer cord is so short it is almost unusable.
