Ưu: The flight was pleasant, the staff were delightful, and the plane (a new 737-800) was very comfortably configured.

Khuyết điểm: At least, they let me know the first delay but no further information was given to the 2nd delay. Also, neither the ground not on board staff seemed to be interested in Passagiers. Was a short flight interrupted by diverse visual ads and PRs..

Khuyết điểm: aircraft a bit old and my remote control was broken, lunckily my next seat was not occupied, so I can move to next seat and the seat a bit old and decline angle so limit. if compare with business class seat of other airlines, it's a bit not up to standard.

Khuyết điểm: There is no entertainment in flight and baggage check in is an issue .

Ưu: Nothing too special to say here. One nice thing was that the lady that checked us in let us carry-on our overweight bags.

Ưu: It was exactly what we needed. On time flight with few frills but good price and efficient. No complaints at all. Crew did well keeping control of passengers that kept standing while seatbelt sign was on. Firm but not angry. Good job.

Khuyết điểm: Really annoying to have to pay excess luggage fee when starting a long journey, being allowed only 15k and the first thing that happens is that You have to leave Your check in country to go and pay for having 3kg extra. Badly earned money spent all time in line hating the airline for this stupidity - 20 kg's is a very normal allowance - get back to standard!

Khuyết điểm: Flight was delayed an hour and a half without any information as to why. Major grievance was baggage policy. My wife and I have been traveling Asia for the last 7+ month and taken 35 flights to 10 different countries. This is the ONLY time we were told we needed to check our bags (which are both soft-sided and weight ~7kg). Apparently our small backpacks also counted toward the carry-on limit, which would have been fine if not for the following two contradictions: this was our THIRD flight with VietJet Air (one from Siem Reap to Hanoi, Hanoi to Da Nang, Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh) and we didn't have to check baggage the first two. We also saw at least half a dozen people get on our flight with either bags larger than ours, or carrying three pieces of luggage. Either enforce all the rules for everyone, every time they fly the airline, or not at all.

Khuyết điểm: Booked a midday flight directly with VietJet only to find the flight no longer was flying that day. We had been up onto a completely different flight, 4.5 hours later, with no communication whatsoever. We had paid extra for certain seats, And we're told during checkin these were given away. Thankfully they gave us the seats 1 row in front of what we'd booked. They should really tell passengers about flights, as this could have caused a lot of issues if choosing connecting flights. We were lucky to be able to rearrange our pick up.

Khuyết điểm: Being crammed into buses. Crew doing nothing about rude passengers and allowing a passenger to stand during landing.

Ưu: Convenient and inexpensive flight to Hanoi from HongKong

Khuyết điểm: Watch the size and weight of your carry on as they will charge you to check the bag. The overhead bins are smaller than larger planes. No food, drinks or entertainment. No frills but got me there.

Khuyết điểm: I don't like how the lineup was at check in. You go the counter to check in. Then go to another counter to limeuo again to pay for your bags. Then lineup again for checking in. Very frustrating and confusing. Flight was almost three hours delayed and they refused to change to earlier flight. Service was poor and staff spoke very limited English. Will try to avoid this airline in future. Not a great first time experience.

Khuyết điểm: Kayak allowed us to book a flight that was impossible to make. We had two separate VietJet flights (one from Da Nang to Hoh Chih Minh and the other from Hoh Chi Minh to Bangkok). When I booked through Kayak, I searched from Da Nang to Bangkok so I thought they were booked on one ticket but they weren't. We had to get my bags in Ho Chih Minh and completely re check-in for our flights to Bangkok within a 30 minute period after deplaning. Luckily the flight to Bangkok was delayed and we had a nice counter representative that bended the rules and allowed us to check-in after check-in had closed but this was a very disappointing experience with Kayak. The representative said that had we booked through the airline website, the system wouldn't have let us knowing we didn't have enough time between flights to get our bags and re-checkin. I would think that Kayak would know this.

Khuyết điểm: I received a text saying the departure time was delayed 5 hours but that was not true. Don't know where or why the text.

Ưu: Full dinner onboard for 2 hr flight. Valiant crew trying to get chaotic boarding done and shuttling bags fore& aft dealing with a lot of flying newbies

Khuyết điểm: No boarding by section and seat numbering starting from 31. Total chaos when boarding, didn't ask people to stuff small stuff under seats.

Ưu: Quick check in at the Hong Kong baggage and boarding was fast.

Khuyết điểm: A Passenger in front of me was annoying that wanted special treatment because he was a big guy. He was uncomfortable with his size so in the process made others around him uncomfortable. Their needs to be measurement for seat sizes. It’s not fair to others and I know the world isn’t fair. But he was leaning over into the small guy seat. But if it was me I would have been upset to fly 16 hours next to him. Also he would drink down a beverage and ask for another one within a minute. While others haven’t been served yet.

Khuyết điểm: I am 175cm and could not fit my legs behind the seat. It was extremely uncomfortable.

Khuyết điểm: The ground staff at the airport were not organized when boarding they just threw everbody in a line as compared to LA where we were in groups

Khuyết điểm: The sound at my seat didn’t work so I had a a 14 hour flight with no soundtrack. I watched one Japanese movie with subtitles and then gave up

Ưu: I enjoyed the meals during the flight. The meals that were provided has a salad, main course, fruits and desert. Good amount of leg room, comfortable seating and enterntainments of movie and music.

Khuyết điểm: I don't really like the buzzing sound when the plane was in motion (as most planes were, I believe).

Khuyết điểm: Flight delay was not announce until boarding time. Such chaos!! at 1:00 AM. Rescheduled the next 24hrs. I was lucky to live within one hour of the airport. Next day, after boarded the plane, had to sit inside plane for 2 1/2 hours until the plane takes off. It was not a good experienced, even though they gave us a voucher for 75.$

Khuyết điểm: There were a lot of things which you need to know like send flighting schedule, visa to get in Canada, and depart and arrive on time so we can flight next stop. Also, make sure all luggages of customer will delivery directly to last stop if the tickets includes this things.

Ưu: The crew was nice. The seats were very close together and there was not much room to use the tray table. I could barely fit my laptop on it open with the seat tilted.

Khuyết điểm: The flight was overweight so they didn't put my checked bag on the flight along with about 50 other bags. I didn't find out until I went to pick up my bag. I still haven't received it and they should be delivering it today.

Khuyết điểm: It so happened that the check-in system was down for maintenance. I waited over an hour just to get a boarding pass.

Ưu: I waited 30 minutes in one line just to ask a question about luggage weight. A staff member told me to switch to another line next to me. I asked her three times if she was sure I should change lines. She insisted I move, only to wait in another line for 20 more minutes! There WAS NO ONE WORKING AT THE COUNTER! I found her again and she told me to switch. To another long line next to me and I had enough. I had to yell at her and make it clear that I was not going to wait another minute. I said I am going to the front and I’ll be next. I asked my ONE question about weight. It took 15 seconds and she should have handled it for me from the start.

Khuyết điểm: Staff that doesn’t listen and just points to a line when she demonstrated that she speaks some English. Don’t treat foreigners like idiots. They are generally very smart and have a valid question. Learn to LISTEN to your customers. A customer complaint is a gift. It’s up to you what you do with it.

Ưu: Plane was clean and boarding was efficient. Good value. Flight was on time.

Khuyết điểm: Online booking experience was confusing as I was rerouted to Kiwi. Tried to pay for both bags at time of booking but was told due to a technical issue I had to pay at the airport. When checking in was forced to pay in cash. More of an inconvenience and caught us off guard. Plane was old and seats were very small and uncomfortable.

Khuyết điểm: They did not provide water very frequently in flight. Food was satisfactory.

Ưu: Food and drink good and staff served any time when asked no payment needed for alcoholic drinks

Ưu: We had a traumatic and abysmal experience for the trip. The flights were delayed, cancelled, wrongly rearranged and we had to run through the airports with no sleep, no food and no clear flight confirmations with minimal to no help from the Cathay Pacific staff.

Khuyết điểm: Helpful ground staff with information about next flight arrangements and better telephone helpline staff.

Ưu: We forgot our passports in the room of the hotel where we stayed. The woman at the check in counter contacted the hotel and arranged for our passports to be delivered to the airport. We were able to make our flight. We are truly thankful to Jetstar Pacific and their helpful staff.

Ưu: Flight itself was fine, on time. No frills.

Khuyết điểm: Everything costs extra (checked luggage, seat selection, etc). I didn't realize when we booked this airline that it was set-up that way. I prefer airlines that do not charge for everything separately.

Ưu: The ground staff assisted us when a flight was changed for some reason. They immediately rebooked it.
