When finally given priority because she couldn't keep standing in line someone told her to go through but when we did another staff person argued with us and then argued with the other staff who let us through. Very inconsistent experiences and no help for elderly, only babies. Food is not good either, vegetarian meal is not filling just a few vegetables and second main option I was told was noodles but when opened it was western spaghetti with a clump of meat I had to pull apart."

I couldn't even eat the salad as they put salmon on it. Cold bread roll and fruit... Kayak need to have at least the most common fields in the booking like vegetarian meal request."

The seat pitch is also hideous and even being of average height it was near impossible to even move my legs to retrieve something off the floor."

During my flight to Bangkok I was so sick and needed some soda to settle my stomach. My husband and I didn’t have enough cash and were told cards were not accepted. They refused to give us anything which I thought was cold hearted as I was vomiting and very uncomfortable. Also, the policy to shut down all electronics for take off and landing is so silly. I’m an anxious flyer and I was not told on some air Asia flights to shut it off. Couldn’t understand why the same airline would force me to shut it off on my flight out of Bangkok."

But at that time the lady on the counter knew that there is a 2hr delay and she did not announced this fact. Our original flight was delayed twice even though the company new that the first delay is not realistic. Not a reliable airline !!!"

Both of us said that was dangerous, and only after arguing with three FAs was he finally able to change seats!"
