The room was huge, also the balcony is a nice bonus. Wifi was great (100Mbit/s). Breakfast is okay, but no choice of hot meals. Overall, great value for money.

The location is not central, but quite convenient to get to the center by subway. check-in is late, 3pm

Hotel was in a great location to hop on the metro (just 2 minutes walk) and explore the city. Also easy to get to the airport on the metro with just one change. Family room was really spacious and perfect for the four of us. Breakfast was continental with some hot food and set up well for social distancing and keeping safe. You just need to book a slot the night before so avoid overcrowding. We actually stayed the week before and then one night before flying to The Azores. Handy bar with a small selection of hot food and a very amiable barman. Good choice of restaurants close by.

May not be a flashy place, but for the second time since August i spent 1 night in this efficiently run and well maintained hotel. Conveniently located close to a M station, half way between airport and visitor's spots. Very good value in these difficult Covid times, where all safety rules seem obeyed without becoming cumbersome. Recommendable!

Great stay in Lisbon

A good surprise! Although the building looks a bit worn out from the outside, the hotel is great. Our room was big, well equipped, and clean. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was good and several measures were taken to ensure safety in this COVID situation. Definitely recommended.

This was my first time in the hotel and it has surprised me in all aspects! From the personnel, the comfort and cleanliness of the room and social areas to the amazing breakfast. I like it so much that I stayed another night on my way back to Amsterdam where I had to overnight in Lisbon.

The facilities though outdated, the hotel is still in perfect condition and everything works well.

Perfect location and service

Excellent room service but with many options to choose from and delicious and fresh. Fresh fruit ,recently baked buns nice orange juice I was not expected so much also so perfected. And served so early.

The efforts to keep guests safe during the pandemic are obvious and removed all stress related to the pandemic. At this moment a generous breakfast is served in the room and parking was offered. Special mention to the helpful and polite staff. We are looking forward to staying at Hotel Roma again. We loved it.

Best place to stay in Lisbon.

Room was clean and had plenty of room. The breakfast was great. So much great tasting food we need not know where to start.

Only thing I was sorry for we only had one night we could stay.

Perfect hotel for a stopover before flying out of Lisbon. Lovely relaxed tapas bar if you don't fancy a sit down meal. Reception organised an early morning taxi for us to the airport.

Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great location - less than 15 mins to the airport, easy to get an Uber or taxi and close to the metro.

The noise from guests above me was annoying - footsteps and tap running sounded loud. Also the maids starting clattering in the corridor at 7 am.

The place met my expectations - clean, comfy, organized. The bed was comfortable. I slept well without hearing any noise. I left early morning, so I grabbed my breakfast box from the reception. I would recommend the place if you need to be not far from the airport.

Good hotel, located near metro station, not far from city center and airport. Restaurant in the hotel works till 10pm. Included breakfast is good. Room for 3 person is comfortable. Frendly personal. Area near the hotel looks safety even for evening walking.

Size of the room, breakfast and internet connection was perfect. Very close to metro station and easy to reach center by metro in approx. 10min.

It is always warm feeling away from home. Helpful friendly staff, cozy clean comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, convenient dining room and lounge bar. Well located hotel near both metro and train stations. Efficient hotel-airport transfer.

I liked everything

The location was very central and very close to Metro station, so we managed to have a very coursive journey. The personnel was very pronned to help us with any inquiries that we had, they were very, very nice, the food was plenty and for all sorts of requirements and the room was very, very big. We were upgraded from a smaller to a bigger room, so the room was huge. Nicely done!

Excellent location, 100m from metro station, direct line to city centre, very large room, super kingsize bed, spotlessly clean as was the bathroom, had dinner in the restaurant one evening, very good meal at excellent price (compared to Dublin anyway!), got a great rate which included breakfast, which had a great choice with plenty of tables.
