Clean and comfortable, good facilities

The lady at the frontdesk was simply the rudest person I ever came across in a hotel, aloof and most unfriendly, definitely not the kind of welcoming one is looking for when ariving in a hotel.

Large, airy and modern rooms. Excellent beds. Good shuttle bus to city centre.

Air-conditioning system was difficult to use and get the right temperature.

The shuttle was great, you really save a lot of money because the public transport is a little bit expensive; rooms are nice and clean, helpful staff

The breakfast is very expensive

The Room was ok, but still very small and pokey.

The Hotel Staff were dreadful. Not Helpful, no awareness. For a 4 Star Hotel it was 1 Star Service. 3 Members of Staff watched by the door as we struggled with 4 cases. We were promised twice by different staff members that there were bikes free to use only to find out we would be charged and we talked to the manager and he was not helpful or apologetic. This Hotel only caters for Delta Airline Staff who stay within the hotel for the duration, if you are not Delta Staff do not stay at this Hotel. It was alos overpriced compared to some of the nicer hotels in the city centre. Overall it was the worst experience I ever had from a hotel or even hostel.
