Amazing location and great service

It's right in the center of things and I had no problem walking to most of the hotspots in the city which was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great design of the place as the rooms are pretty stunning. Would def recommend to others

Didn't like that it doesn't have a gym but it isn't a big deal because you can use the facilities at other nh hotels, in which there is one two blocks away from this one which did have a gym

Room in renovated wing was close to street and loud but gave an excellent people watching view

Great location

The location is very central making it easy to get anywhere. breakfast is in a gorgeous winter garden-type room and the selection is very diverse. Staff were always helpful and accomodating.

I was on the first floor and there didn't seem to be a staircase that I could take to go one flight of stairs. It was annoying always having to wait for the elevator (which was insanely crowded) for such a tiny distance. Also, no gym which I expect in a hotel of this size and class.
