Super comfy bed!
I really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Hotel, they had great staff and really good breakfast. Most likely to stay there again. Location was great.

Renovation work made accessing the front desk and the breakfast room less convenient. The lack of a microwave and refrigerator in my room was disappointing. I assume that it was related to the renovation as well.
my room was a conference room with overhead flourescent lights that they "transformed" into a bedroom; the battery in the fire alarm was low and beeped from 5:00 a.m. onward; the blow dryer was a fire hazard; my complaints to the front desk were ignored

Semi pro environment, room couches were extremely dirty but bed was acceptable. Under $90 a night with taxes average rate.
Ihop right next to it at walking distance. Bigger tv with hbo in king bed room.
Breakfast was inclusive and not the worst. Limited option but for what you pay not bad.
The comforter had holes in them. The 1st floor is completely under construction.
Good location, but not great. Hotel was under renovation, so not as spiffy as I might imagine, but not being too nitpicky, it was fine overall & staff was helpful to me when I needed. Don't expect the world, but good standard service and good locale to downtown; still a few miles away, but cheaper.
At check in they gave me the key for the incorrect room-320 instead of 302. When I got to the room, it wasn't clean, so I called the front desk and that's how we realized the mix up. Easy mistake to make but also very careless. I would not have known the mistake if the room had already been cleaned, and who knows what would have happened when the real occupant of 320 showed up. The hotel was extremely loud at night-loud patrons, poor noise control between rooms, and the cleaning staff started cleaning very early Sunday morning. Also, there were signs all over the breakfast area saying you weren't allowed to take any food out of the breakfast area. Tacky. Would not stay here again, I only stayed here because I was desperate for a room (attending an out of town wedding).

The room was clean, and met our needs for an overnight stay. Great breakfast in the morning.
The room was small for a king room occupied by two people. It was a little costly for the size.
