Complejo Belroy

The room was spacious and the bed very comfy, the bath was full sized so that was a bonus too, the lounge on the 1st floor was really nice and one particular bar staff was so happy and smiley it made up for others that weren't,

Staff not very happy or didn't seem to be, not a cosy look but thats not what the hotel was looking for, the pool was very cold as the sun doesn't really get a chance to shine on it the way the hotel is positioned and the only bit of sun bathing area in the afternoon was around the back where there was very little room probly just enough for 10 loungers, oh and around the pool was very slippy when wet.

the use of the sauna was verry good indeed

the breakfast could have been a little better for 4 star hotel the eggs were not cooked properly and on leaving we had to be outside the hotel for 7-45am for the bus to the airport so we had to miss a breakfast the staff let us in to try and have something coffeeand bread but it was not organised properly the receptionist asked them to put out jam and butter as we had already paid for our breakfast this was very poor indeed i do not blame the staff but for 4 star hotel the organisation could and should be better
