Very grateful to Iemie for cleaning a room early to allow us early access after a 24 hour trip. She didn't have to do that, so it meant a lot. Kitchen well appointed, bed very comfortable, easy access to bus and tram.
Communication via email non existent (only have email access when travelling). Front door latch broken so anyone could enter, no reply from email. Same with only hot water in shower, 3 days with no communication until we found clean towels in our room and tried it on the off chance to find it working. Would rate it higher if there was someone available for an hour or two per day at least. Very noisy in and out, so not the place if you are a light sleeper.

Clean and a tidy up. All equipment in the kitchen perfect. Friendly and lovely place/guests/manager.
The room don't have plug/adaptor/USB for charge phones. Tv and snack machine didn't work too.

M18 is calling itself a 'hotel' for no obvious reason: when I travel on business with a lot of valuable documents and electronics, I need a 'real hotel', where I can still check in, even if my flight is delayed, and where I can store some luggage safely, instead of carrying it around all the time. I therefore always tick the box 'hotel', when searching for accommodation. M18 is listed as a 'hotel', but the reception is manned 15:00-16:00 only. The response M18 sent me, when I phrased my concern about the lack of a human being at reception and the security of a luggage room that was open to all: 'If you are arriving late i can recommend that you find a hotel with 24 hour for your convenience.' By that stage, however, Copenhagen was fully booked, and the only rooms left were those for EURO 660 pppn at 'real hotels'. I arrived at midnight, had to get my key out of a key box, and drop it back into a key box, when I left in the morning. I had to call and spell out the address to a taxi service in the morning, because I don't speak the language. There was no breakfast and not even a bit of milk for the 'free coffee'. Needless to say: arriving at the hotel at midnight, and leaving again at 8:40 in the morning, I never saw any staff. I am travelling A LOT, and I never have any problems, because I know my own limitations and I know what can go wrong and thus I build safety-buffer into my bookings. I therefore usually avoid booking accommodation, which does not have staff to help me (with check-in, security, and taxi-orders in a foreign language (I am sorry that I do not speak the language of all the countries I am travelling to)). .... but in my next life, I will also run a hotel, where I need to spend one hour per day only (15:00 - 16:00), and otherwise I can tell those, who wrongly think that I am running a typical 'hotel' service to bugger off.
