Ưu: "We received friendly attitudes with lots of soft drinks. Upstairs in the airbus was good as my seat was near the emergency door, where I had room for my long legs. I was given aisle seats on both return flights so I could move about more. The meals were lovely. The airbus was good for peace & quiet from crying children."
Khuyết điểm: "I had left an expensive style of neck/travel pillow i left in my Perth rental car but wasn’t supported to pick it up. I had to arrange for the car rental firm to post it. We had over 3/4 hr to fly. We were boarding. It’s a shame there wasn’t a quick way of getting my pillow to me without customs bureaucracy. It was a simple mistake. A toilet was blocked and temporarily unavailable. Some passengers were taking a long time and queues were building at different times."

The food looked good tasted good and was plentiful. The pyjama were a nice added touch and very comfortable for the long flight. Flying into Cardiff airport was so good for my intended destination. I would certainly recommend them to others and many airlines could learn from their example.Well done and thank you"

Ưu: "I really like the Qatar flight from Auckland to Manchester. But beware now that the Akl leg leaves 1 hour later the transit in Doha is officially 1.15hr. But since the first leg is always getting in and you have to bus to the terminal, transit time is about 30 mins. Although they are efficient and i made it this time, i wouldn't want to do this with kids."

Good array of entertainment on offer but our flight was a 'sleeper' so after a fumble with the controls and the limited new releases, I opted to read instead. Seats are comfy and spacious, much wider than Emirates in the same class (who offer only an extra 1/2 inch width over economy). Amenity kit a quality piece that is both practical and useful."

Shortly before we landed at Manila, we were informed that in order to meet international flight rules and regulations that insecticide will be sprayed we were advised to cover our nose,as a medical personnel I see it not good cos it can trigger an Asthmatic attack in a known asthmatic patient ,it was a lovely journey"

Khuyết điểm: "Starting from boarding this flight was a problem. we had a infant(18 month old) sleeping in our arms as the flight was at 3:30 Am and was delayed by an hour. There was not priority boarding for elderly and people with kids. We had to wait in queue holding our carry ons as well as the kid. As we were last in boarding it was hard to find a closest spot for our carry on. Crew would not respond for about 10 mins or so( not during take off or landing) this was during mid flight when there was no turbulence(seat belt sign was off). We asked for a veg meal instead of baby food as our kid eats solids and she does not like instant baby food's. We requested this when we booked her ticket , she was not even given food luckily we had some milk powder and water bottle. Really bad experience with Emirates"

Ưu: "I’ve been very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the aircraft and the disregard of the aircraft overall. It was quite old, fair enough, but there where some missing pieces here and there that didn’t make me feel safe. The flight overall was good, British Airways crew are always very competent and professional, which is the reason why I mainly fly with BA. But this is the first time I had some concerns on the lack of safety checks especially because I travelled with my 2 years old son."

I didn't watch any movies - just tried to sleep. We took off three hours late. It's surprising to me that none of the BA staff spoke italian. Would have been helpful for the missed connections as I ended up stumbling through some spanish to help an older italian couple who didn't speak any english. it was surprising how little translation there was!"

I had no problems whatsoever at the airport at the check in counter. Also, the boarding gate was slightly chaotic. Most people didn't know which queue to join at the boarding gate. Some form of clear explanation when you arrive at the boarding gate would be helpful."

It was not a Finnair but a British Airlines flight. Although we were forced to check our bag, there was plenty of room on the flight in the overhead bins. Some were actually empty."

Khuyết điểm: "I paid for an extra leg room seat, which for me was in front of the bulkhead. However, I think this caused more discomfort than comfort. There is no gap under the bulkhead to put your feet, so although you don’t get a seat in front of you leaning back, there isn’t enough room to straighten your legs out which on a 12 hour flight isn’t comfortable."
