Food: Tried to use "Book the Cook" feature touted by Singapore's website. Was unable to get on site for that purpose. The last try a message appeared (late September) that site was being "rebuilt." On the flight, there was no menu of choices; we were offered 3 vaguely worded choices which boiled down to beef, chicken or vegetables. Those appeared in not particularly appetizing forms and combinations--P.S., we like east and southeast Asian cooking and had just spent 3 weeks in Japan. Failure to provide information about possible delays due to WRG deplaning location at LAX: Although we are frequent fliers to and from LAX, we'd never heard of the WRG. It would have been helpful if the crew had informed us upon arrival that there could possibly be a wait on the plane as buses were used to transport us approximately 1/2 mile to TBIT. Generally: We chose Singapore because of its reputation for excellence. Belying the name of the class, both Turkish AL and Air NZ treated Premium Economy passengers as "junior" business class. Singapore treated us as coach with a roomier cabin and seating pitch."

Now this flight, they didn't activate the entertainment till way later and turned off way too early. They didn't give any earphone as supposed to. Malindo's service has become bad."

Apparently in HK they have absurd rules saying that you can only have 2 bags carry on. Any extra has to be charges. I never have that kind of rules before using Air Asia at the other country, especially we buy some presents at the airport. I end up throwing a few items away because I can't squeeze in everything in my carry on bag. I will no longer take Air Asia for the Hong Kong Route."

They where aware that we we missing our connecting flights and promised to give us accomodation overnight a KL. when we arrived at KL there was again no communication and they then told us there was to be no accomodation, they had flat out lied. I after about an hour lining up to get a replacement ticket for the next flight (which took unnecessarily long considering they knew this was happening hours in advance), we went to the airport hotel which I would have booked if they had not lied to me to find that it was booked out."

Plane departed 2 hours late and sitting in the tarmac with poor cooling inside the plane. Badly managed budget airline."

Khuyết điểm: "Jetstar refuses to inform its customers about any upcoming flight delays. People waiting to pick you up: bad luck. Meetings planned after arrival: bad luck. Just sit, shut up and wait until they think the time is right to start boarding, usually an hour after scheduled department time (at least on this trip in both directions). Your ground staff is a total disaster, no matter how much your flight attendants will smile during the flight, they can't compensate for your pre-boarding mess."

Khuyết điểm: "The night before the flight, I tried to add more to my baggage allowance and the website would not take my credit card (I was within the correct time frame to add the extra baggage). When I explained this to them, they did nothing. The additional cost of 9 kg of baggage doubled the price of my flight. Never again. There are lots of other choices out there and I will choose something else. May karma bite them in the butt."

Khuyết điểm: "Automated check-in is a pain for a family. There's really no room for your legs (I'm 1.8m and no chance I don't touch the next seat) - esp for old people not to recommend as definitely not healthy to be that squeezed. Worse than any other low cost carried from a space perspective."

Khuyết điểm: "The boarding was non sense when inviting passangers from the particular rows. People were not given enough time to qeue in so that it actually didn’t matter where you sit coz it only caused chaos. The seats in the plane were ripped and would definitely require some maintanance. It was a late flight and the cabine crew seemed to have enough for that date so that the only smile you could get was when saying goodbye. However, they did the job in a proffessional manner."

Khuyết điểm: "We bought JetAir tickets because they were cheap. Thought we could get by with carry-on. But carry-on is only 7Kg, and that's like 15 lbs. Had to pay for check in the baggages and the extra weight came out to $65 to $80 extra per bag. When you add that back into the price of the ticket, then the ticket is comparable to a premium ticket. Plus, the service is so bad and they lost our luggage and gave us the runaround. Next time, we'll just pay the premium ticket with another airline and get better service and no run-arounds. So, the only cheap thing about this airline is the service. They nickle and dime you for everything, so you end up paying more and getting less. I've learned my lesson. Beware."

Ưu: "Don't be fooled by the low price. You pay extra for everything. Initial fare does not include any luggage, a seat assignment or even a soda. Staff were helpful and friendly helping folks use the check in kiosks and automated luggage checking machines. There was no traditional check in counter. At the Singapore airport. You do it all yourself. Flight was on time. The aircraft was newer and clean. This airline is perhaps more dependable than some of the other smaller low cost Asian airlines. Food and entertainment got low rating because there was none really but this was only an hour long flight."

No wheelchair ordered even after request. Check in took well over an hour and we almost missed the flight. Not impressed with Singapore Airport if the passenger care is so bad. Luggage costs doubled the cost of the flight. Other places un Singapore, and especially the public transit system, were proactive for physically handicapped people."
