Singapore restored our upgrade at the airport but only on one direction so we had to go through it all again."

The flight or them was last minute (booked less than 8 hours before take off) so there were no pre-planned kids meals etc. The in cabin team were awesome! They made sure they go a choice of meals, that they had things to do, that they were enjoying the flights. This on top of the usual awesome that they have."

And these airlines gave good service. The service of Philippine Airlines is good. They just need to add movies in all the regional flights ."

So much in this world is made without this consideration in mind. I'm 6'1, I shouldn't have to pay hundreds more just so I have enough legroom. And I don't mean enough to swing my legs about as much as I want, just enough to be comfortable. This isn't essential on short flights, but just seems cruel to taller people on long flights."

Fortunately about 8 hours later our luggage was sent to our resort which we stayed. (we arrived Langkawi airport around 3pm, we were told by the officer that our luggage will be sent to our resort at 7pm but it came at 11pm instead) The snacks could have been better. Besides the salted peanuts, it would be better to add biscuits or a slice of cake. The orange juice is good but maybe if we are given choice of warm drink (tea or coffee) it would be great."

Fortunately, he was able to hold the plane and I made it. My baggage didn't though - and was only delivered to the hotel at midnight after a convoluted process claiming it at Tan Son Nhat Airport. Not really good enough given we paid extra in order to be able to travel together. Pick up your game MAS - 2 planes out of the sky and you won't regain customers like this!"

Khuyết điểm: "The 2 male flight attendants who served our rows did not smile once. Very unfriendly and seemed like they just wanted to do the minimum. We were also extremely unhappy that during check in was advised that our seats were not allocated together when we booked the tickets together and are also Enrich frequent flyer members. We had to demand to speak to a manager for them to change our seats."

Khuyết điểm: "this is the first international flight that charges you money for everything on board. hungry? purchase food. thirsty? pay for the water as well. even for the check-in luggage, you have to pay. so pay a little more and book a nicer-better airline. the crew is not professional and does not understand how to talk to clients properly. I am well aware of the fact that clients are often over demanding in the services they are being provided and rarely appreciative of the crew that does everything to make your journey pleasant. However on all the four Airasia flights from Delhi Kuala Lumpur Phuket, the overall attitude of the crew members was not nice."

Khuyết điểm: "I was detained at the ticket cutting counter because I carried extra plastic back for purchase at the airport. Apparently in HK they have absurd rules saying that you can only have 2 bags carry on. Any extra has to be charges. I never have that kind of rules before using Air Asia at the other country, especially we buy some presents at the airport. I end up throwing a few items away because I can't squeeze in everything in my carry on bag. I will no longer take Air Asia for the Hong Kong Route."

Had to leave my arrival Terminal 1 to pass through Immigration to reach Terminal 2 because Air Asia has no counter in Yerminal 1. All this led to a time consuming exercise and missed counter check-in time. Terrible experience."
Ưu: "BOARDING very smooth n fast...more importantly punctuation very good"

Khuyết điểm: "We Pre ordered (and paid for) meals when we booked our tickets, having flown Air Asia before we knew what was good and what wasn't. Somehow our orders were lost and we got the 'default' meal on all flights which was sweet and sour chicken meatballs which was almost as awful as it sounds. We heard the same thing happen to the lady in the seat behind us. Staff pretty much ignored our complaint. There's also a weird process with check in where you get processed into a small lounge Pre flight with no food or shops, there doesn't appear to be a reason for this other than making you sit somewhere cramped and uncomfortable for an hour before your 9 hour flight."

They where aware that we we missing our connecting flights and promised to give us accomodation overnight a KL. when we arrived at KL there was again no communication and they then told us there was to be no accomodation, they had flat out lied. I after about an hour lining up to get a replacement ticket for the next flight (which took unnecessarily long considering they knew this was happening hours in advance), we went to the airport hotel which I would have booked if they had not lied to me to find that it was booked out."

There was no announcement from airline staff or anyone for that matter at the gate that the plane will be delayed. Plane departed 2 hours late and sitting in the tarmac with poor cooling inside the plane. Badly managed budget airline."

This took.two attempts as they printed mine twice and not my husbands. Also check in counters had closed so we used the Sales counter. The staff forgot to give me back our passports and plastic pocket with all.our travel documents in. They were not very competent and not parrocularly polite. At no.point on the boarding pass did it tell us we needed a stamp from check.in. We had handluggage only."
Ưu: "Crew was welcoming and appreciative at start and end but that's about it... After announcement to prepare for take off... Two crew members passed the lady beside me with a big bag on her lap ... I had to ask another member passing for the 3rd time to advise her to store properly... This is needed for take off and caution as I was sitting beside her."

Hate change was done via word of mouth from other passengers... The que process was all together and no structure... Room for improvement is certainly there. Its a budget Airline so I'm not expecting food or entertainment. But I was majorly annoyed with baggage policy!! This was the most rediculous of all! I payed more for my bags to follow me than I did for the plane ticket?!?! I was trying tirelessly to add bags to my flight before hand but system gave errors etc and I even tried the live chat again errors so no choice but to do this at airport for a ridiculously expensive cost. I was not happy and will think twice about this. I even considered taking the later air Malaysia flight with my bags included. If I had only known :("

Khuyết điểm: "Carriage door was squeeking loudly when it was opened and closed before take off and after arrival. Gave me the creeps. Flight was delayed without prior notice."

Khuyết điểm: "Departed from KL with a carry on, never asked to weigh it or check its size. On the way back from Langkawi, I was asked to weigh the bag since they suddenly implemented a policy of no more than 7kg on board. Told the rude creature that it was ok when I left KL, he said: here in langkawi we are implementing the policy and have nothing to do with KL!! Was asked to check-in my bag, and paid RM79 for the extra 3 kilos. Never flying with them again."

Normally you can take a small suitcase plus rucksack, not so, there is a extra charge for the rucksack. On board I was sick and tired of listening to useless information in 3 different languages about duty free, meals, safety info that was repeated many times.. get on with the flight turn off the light and let people sleep!"

Khuyết điểm: "When researching flights, I really wish AirAsia's procedures were spelled out. Having to pay for each checked bag and each kg over a relatively low allowance was extremely annoying. Even worse, each leg of the flight (due to a layover) required payment. In addition, paying for the seat, paying for peanuts and water?? Probably the worst was the air crew refusing to give a blanket to my freezing fiance without purchasing the pillow, blanket and eye mask bundle. Seriously?? Then towards the end of the flight, the crew walk the aisles holding alcohol and perfume trying to peddle their duty-free products on the plane itself. It was quite evident by this point that the competitve ticket price is a hoax, and all that they are interested in is getting as much money from you as possible. Unless I have no choice, I will never fly this airline again. Please, warn people of these practices BEFORE they purchase the tickets!!"

Khuyết điểm: "I was charged $94 canadian to check one bag that weighed in at 10kg. I honestly thought the man at the desk was joking. After that he sneered at me and suggested that if I had not booked through Kayak and instead through the airline, that it would be a little cheaper. He then pushed me to hand over my credit card so he could charge me. From then on all I have to say is that the planes have no entertainment, no leg room (they are known for the insanely tight seats) and no food. Not even a drop of water was offered unless you pay on board. Interesting...I wonder what they do then with all of the money they took to accept my one bag (it was seriously 10k, I'm a small girl travelling alone there was nothing large about it). All that to say, I wish I could get some money back, I would never have paid so much to check a bag if I had the opportunity to cancel the flight all together. I'm beyond unhappy with my experience."
