I feel good whenever I see her walks by, smile and very professional When the meal was serve but they only had one dish to choose instead of two ( I guess that day Chicken Masala dish was high on demand so there are only Japanese dish left) she said we are so sorry with a very sincere gesture , I chose Japanese food because I like Japanese food anyway , she politely thanks me for my choice and later bring a bag of small mix snack for me and said thank you for being flexible . Later on, when we getting off the airplane she even helped me to stroll my carry on out to the airplane because I was carry too many stuffs with me and my daughter being so tired of the long flight so I have to comforted my daughter . The stewardess saw that and helping me a hand . I wish every airlines has someone like this crew member . Thank you so much for the awesome service on Japan Airlines."

I like the variety of food choices and some of the dishes were delicious (salmon and rice). The seats are pretty comfortable. They aren't great for sleeping in, but the flight was decently quiet and dark for some time. I would recommend bringing a pair of earplugs and a neck pillow."

Both legs were on time, the meals were excellent, and the chouce of movies was more than adequate. I will fly with JAL again."

Almost all the Asian airlines I've flown on, the flight attendants were always real nice and helpful, but That wasn't the case with Asiana airlines this time around. On our flight from LAX to Incheon, and from Incheon to Cebu, the flight attendants all seemed miserable and unhappy, not smiling at all. I've flown Asiana few times before and had always been happy, but this time, it was definitely different, all because of the seemingly unhappy flight attendants. On our 12 hour flight from LAX to Incheon, the bathrooms ran out of toilet paper and in 12 hours, they didn't once come around with trash bag collecting trash. Sure, they collected the plastic cups drinks were put in, but that was it. How do you not come around collecting trash AFTER A 12 HOUR FLIGHT? Also, just the little thought of maybe providing a hot towel after a 12 hour flight would have been nice. In the future, if given almost the same price point for a ticket, I would choose another airline over Asiana Air."
Ưu: "The economy seats are quite roomy compared to other companies. The planes and Incheon airport get upgraded every year. Inheon is probably the best place for lay-over with plenty of options for acivities, from short and long tours, Korean bath house wity overnight stay option, easy and fast immigration, and great customer service always."

I bought from you air tickets with Scoot airlines from H.K to Singapore on 30 December and back to H.K on the 3 January. when I came to the H.K airport to check in with scoot airlines they said to me that I can't go to Singapore because my passport expired on 2 of June and it's less than 6 months if I want to go to Singapore I need to have in my passport more than 6months. sow in the end I lost the ticket to Singapore and not only this I went back to H.K I toke a room in the hotel 150$ and the day after I went to the embassy of Israel to extend my passport and I bought a new air tickets with Cathay Pacific 350$ to go to Singapore. its mean that I lost my ticket +500$ .and all this because you never informed me that my passport needs to be valid more than 6 months . you can see also in your letter its written there that my passport need to be valid there is not any thing about 6 months. if you was telling me that before I could change my passport. sow pleas I insist that you will pay me back half on my ticket that I lost + my expenses 500$. if I will not get it back my story will be all over in the internet about you I suffered a lot"

Khuyết điểm: "There was no food offered for this 80 minute flight, and the only drink offered was a choice between cold water and s Coke-like soft drink. I get a wheelchair assist (elderly woman with some mobility issues). The service person who brought me to the gate never showed up again to help with the boarding. Instead (??), the airline had me boarding LAST (most airlines have had me board among the first), and then sitting at an aisle seat (most airlines have me at a window). They asked me to wait to deboard until all passengers were off - that is standard. But because I was sitting on the aisle I had to get up and wait standing while the two other passengers on the row got out, and then go back to be seated. Very awkward"

Ưu: "There was a long line for the Hanoi-Ho Chi Minh flights but with multiple counters devoted to this route alone we were checking in not long after having been dropped off at the airport. We were offered seats on an earlier fight which we eagerly accepted. Knowing that this route is often cited as one of the busiest in the world it was no surprise to find ourselves on a wide-body jet, Airbus 330-200 even on this 2-hour flight. A small snack was served. The flight was uneventful."

Ưu: "The flight on an A350 wide body was uneventful. I was in the "Premium Economy" section, which is sold as regular "Economy" for domestic flights. Excellent seating 2+4+2. The food was OK, not much to write home about, but they skipped coffee and tea because of turbulence (hardly perceptible)."
Khuyết điểm: "Boarding process in HAN was very confusing: there was a change of gate announcement just when boarding was to start. Everybody went like crazy through the airport terminal looking for a Gate that does not exist. Followed by a counter-announcement. And then being bussed to the aircraft. People came on board up to the last minute... Arrival in SGN crazy for a different reason. All 300-some passengers were bussed again. Just that the ladders were not ready, and then whoever drove could not adjust them, and then the busses were not ready either. 25 minutes from landing to the luggage belts. Vietnamese airports need to work on their their procedures."
Ưu: "Vietnam Airlines has good leg room on both international and domestic flights. Blankets and pillows were preplaced on seats, as were headphones in the seat pockets. Lunch and one round of snacks were served. Beverages were offered a few times."
Khuyết điểm: "Cabin was inconsistently cooled. The rear was cold while the front was hot. Some passengers complained about being hot, but flight attendant only pointed out the overhead gasper vents, which were obviously open but did little to help the sweating and general discomfort. No personal entertainment system, only drop down screens. Food was average."

Ưu: "Vietnan Ailrlines is the best and most reliable in-country operator. However, that isn't saying much. Overall, the company, its equipment, and employees are the most professional."

Ưu: "Overall my experience was good. Pros: seat are comfortable. The jet seemed more spacious than ANA airlines. Cons: workers know little English compared to ANA from checking in to the flight attendants. I think this was the most disappointing because the language barrier was frustrating when needing help going the right direction and having questions about checking in. The food was OK. The fruit tasted rotten and the food didn't seem as fresh either. The customer service was also mediocre. When I was on ANA airlines all the staff were very helpful and they seemed statisfied with their jobs. When I travel to ASIA again I will try and avoid Vietnam airlines."

Ưu: "On its Airbus A 350 Vietnam Airlines recently introduced a new arrangement for the Premium Economy Section. This is the only aircraft used on the SGN-CDG line. Before they had a lay-out of 3-3-3 seats across, strictly identical with the Economy section. It is now 2-4-2, giving some more space to sit comfortably. All seats have now a fixed separation, with the possibility of placing a glass or other small objects on top of it; they look like a smaller version of the old Business Class seats. In the first row the design of the fold-up screens has been improved. Previously some invaded the personal space of the neighbour, as I had experienced last October (my knee still remembers it). Well done. Prem Economy is worth the difference in pricing."
Khuyết điểm: "In Premium Economy Vietnam Airlines used to serve a lavish breakfast menu. Most of it was sent back as waste, because so many passengers (e.g. French) are accustomed to a minimalist continental breakfast. All this lavishness has disappeared now. While I understand the reason why, I wonder why they also eliminated the small portion of jam or jelly. Only butter is available to spread (spread?) on the tiny bun. It would be a nice touch to have also some jelly. Also during the night shift they used to offer some nice sandwiches to sleepless passengers. Now only pots of instant noodles are offered on demand. These pots are not well adapted for European passengers."

At about 3:15pm they announced the flight was canceled due to a mystery mechanical issue and they re booked everyone on to the 6:10pm flight, which miraculously had enough empty seats to accommodate everyone. The 6:10 flight left about 15 minutes late, and still had plenty of empty seats."
Ưu: "Everyone has to check in at the counter with no digital kiosks, adding an extra hour. Plane was empty but they would not put anyone into first class. Most importantly the plane felt and sounded like it was about to disintegrate. To top it all off it was the worst food I have seen on an airplane"

Instead of offering some solutions or let me pay extra for checking at the gate, I was told my flight was closed, I would have to re-book at full price. I was there before the posted boarding time with time to spare. To top it off, I received a phone call from them asking if I was on board the plane.. online chat with customer service, not helpful either, thenperson I was chatting with just ended the chat after telling me 1 minute past they went check in."

I was charged for my seat, charged for a carry-on weighing more than 7kg and forced to check, chose not to pay for a meal, pay for a drink... so many hidden fees. Ended up not saving at all. No savings, no miles, no perks. Will always use an aliance (UA, Asiana, etc) or SkyTeam (Delta, Korean Air) from now on. I at least get my money’s worth."

Khuyết điểm: "I connected from a Cathay Dragon flight onto an HK Express flight to Jeju. At the transfer desk, the ground agent told me I would have to leave and reenter the restricted area despite having no checked luggage. Knowing it can't be right, I checked in on my phone and went through the normal transfer process in HKIA. It was a 0215 flight from the midfield concourse. The last automated passenger carrier left at 0100. After which, passengers would have to rely on sporadic bus services. The captain announced 'cabin crew, prepare for landing' 45 minutes before landing. That woke everyone up and it was not ideal. All the flights I have been on announced landing when the plane was at base leg."

Khuyết điểm: "The light was delayed and we arrived in Chiang Mai at 11pm. We got penalty of late rental car pick up. And our hotel is a yoga resort so it a far in the mountain. We arrived at the resort at 2am and we had to wake everybody up and the driving was dangerous without street lights."

Budget airlines are just not worth it at HKIA - your flights lands and takes off so far from the terminal, you are transferred by bus! No in flight entertainment- although not an issue on such a short flight."
