At $200 roundtrip, I was worried there were going to be a bunch of charges for things as well as delays. But low and behold, UNI/EVA seems to have figured out cheap tickets that run on schedule and includes all the normal perks like luggage. 1:50am flight is perfect, left Vietnam on time and even arrived in Taipei ahead of schedule! I would definitely fly them again."

Good array of entertainment on offer but our flight was a 'sleeper' so after a fumble with the controls and the limited new releases, I opted to read instead. Not sure we like the Dreamliner configuration and levels of comfort more than the 777 or Airbus offerings but it was fine."

Most of us in the cabin complained but these parents were pathetically weak and elected to allow it to continue. No sleep... spoiled experience.. miserable flight in this respect. Terrible Business Lounge 'Aspire' in Gatwick; dirty and poorly equipped - not even Prosecco on offer without paying £5 for a small glass. Qatar should stop using this dreadful place. Crew seemed to have stopped referring to the passengers by name and offer a less-personalised service in Business than we have become accustomed to. The food choices while good, have been paired back as have the selection of wines."

Khuyết điểm: "Board was troublesome and wasted alot of time as the tube was not used.had to walk down a flight of stairs then wait for mini bus (with very limited seats), then take it for around 5-7mins drive to reach the plane. Then wait for the previous minibus's crowd to clear then walk another flight of stairs up the plane :( I can accept this from a budget airline but not a commercial airline at a usual well-equipped airport especially when it's at its own home country."

Ưu: "We boarded on time, the crew were fantastic...very friendly and helpful. Food was plentiful but the salmon was somewhat dry. There were other options offered. The entertainment system worked but some more recent movies would have been appreciated."

Khuyết điểm: "Very hard seats for a long haul flight and queues for the the toilets. Overall the planes looked old and tired."

Ưu: "Huge plane that wasn’t full so it was very comfortable. Boarding was quick especially since I’m a Star Alliance Gold member so was one of the first on the plane. Bags also came out first & delivery was very quick. Looking forward to flying Thai again several more times this month & wish I could experience their international service which I’m sure is stellar."

Check in - no check in line for premium passengers.( really bad experience) Cabin crews could not separate passengers from other cabin consisting using lavatory there fore passengers constantly walk back and forward. (It’s really unpleasant) It’s. Not worth the money to paid for the experience and services."

Khuyết điểm: "I checked in online, printed the boarding passes as I know japan probably isn’t ready for phone apps for checking in. When I went to the counter, despite being the one holding all the documents (and having organized the whole travel itinerary, the staff only spoke to my husband (Whi hadn’t a clue about the journey) in Japanese. They proceeded to check us in on their computer and insisted that we use their paperwork, not mine. What a farce. What a waste of paper and my time."

Ưu: "The service from start to finish was superb. The flight to Hong Kong had the on board attendants at full service the whole journey. Blankets and pillows were supplied as standard and plenty of complimentary food. There was a genuine sense that the on board attendants wanted you to be as comfortable as possible."

Ưu: "I was put on an earlier flight as they had a window seat available. Leg room was good, and the food and movie offer was better than last time."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight delay was not announce until boarding time. Such chaos!! at 1:00 AM. Rescheduled the next 24hrs. I was lucky to live within one hour of the airport. Next day, after boarded the plane, had to sit inside plane for 2 1/2 hours until the plane takes off. It was not a good experienced, even though they gave us a voucher for 75.$"

Ưu: "Boarding was orderly and efficient, the polar opposite of the mad rush that can sometimes happen when cabin crew don't take charge of the boarding order. Crew were courteous and multilingual. Leg room felt a bit better than average for an international flight. Food was very tasty. The inflight entertainment selection and screen quality was excellent."
Khuyết điểm: "They managed to run out of the Western breakfast option (which I did not want anyway, but many British tourists had to make do with yoghurt and fruit due to unfamiliarity with congee). The entertainment system is controlled by touchscreen only. An elegant solution that is simple to keep clean, but you get tired of holding your arm up at eye level."

Khuyết điểm: "The time was a bit awkward esp the overnight flight back from Colombo to Hong Kong left us shattered all day long as the seats are too small and congested which makes it difficult for us to sleep or even sit comfortably. Wish they arranged the flight to earlier times."

Khuyết điểm: "The premium economy cabin configuration - it was a full flight, I was seated at the right-hand side of the cabin, and the toilet is at the left, and it was not easy and having to step on people's feet to go to the tooilet."

Khuyết điểm: "I prefer the newer planes which include USB ports for charging mobile devices. This one had a power socket instead, which was usable, but only when the tray table was down, which was mildly annoying. First world problem, really."

Khuyết điểm: "The food was atrocious and this was business class. The toilet lights were so dimmed all the time you couldn't see what was going on. Last year we flew business class Cathay pacific from Hong Kong to Melbourne and loved it. This year we decided to fly from Melbourne to Dusseldorf and then from Frankfurt to Melbourne with this airline. Won't be doing that again. Why pay business class fares to be disapointed"
