I and a random group of passengers were made to wait with no explanation AFTER our electronics were already cleared to go through yet another security check. They said we were selected for screening but all the other people they took before us were screened the exact same way. It was stressful and traumatizing to stand for 45 minutes with no clear explanation. The crew were clearly new at their job or ill trained. On top of that they consistently ran out of food they were serving and was forced to take the vegetarian option when it's not what I wanted. I could not wait to leave Doha and exit Qatar airways. I hated my experience traveling with Qatar. It was stressful and traumatic. I want a full refund. I will also be advising all my friends to never fly Qatar. It was the WORST!"

This is the first time I took Asiana Airline, according to all those bad experiences, I doubt whether I’ll take Asiana Airline again."

The problem was with Hong Kong International Airport. It seems HKIA is experiencing 'traffic jam' very often. It's quite risky for the passenger like me who is expected to have another long journey back home after arriving in HKIA. Should be praying again and again in order to take the AEL and MTR before the service is over around 1 AM."

Ưu: "Everyone was so personable. We had 4 adults , 2 boys and a baby girl so it was hard to get everyone situated but with the staff on the plane it was just simplicity. All of our needs were met , wether it was someone wanting an extra blanket or the baby needing food or even helping the 2 boys get situated before and after take off . They apparently love babies because they couldn't get enough of ours and were always wanting to play with her and make her smile (which goes along way) and that helped her not feel so groggy on the plane . They know it's a long flight so they get you comfortable even down to giving you slippers and great tasting food."

Will never fly either of these airlines again, and am currently seeking repayment for my unintended 4 day stay in Seou"

She wanted me near her for assistance. We were told there the business seats were full with the Seoul Hanoi flights. There was no adjustment for the economy price on those legs of the flights. When we got to Seoul, the whole business area was empty. We were informed by the staff no seating adjustment could be made. A form was completed in regards to the inability to make adjustments. My niece, Julie Cowling, emailed Asiana the day we arrived in Vietnam, the day before we left to return home she recieved a reply. She checked with the ticket counter in Hanoi, prior to our departure, they were unable to make adjustments. There were seats available. This was very frustrating. Routinely airlines can make the seating adjustments."

Khuyết điểm: "There was no food offered for this 80 minute flight, and the only drink offered was a choice between cold water and s Coke-like soft drink. I get a wheelchair assist (elderly woman with some mobility issues). The service person who brought me to the gate never showed up again to help with the boarding. Instead (??), the airline had me boarding LAST (most airlines have had me board among the first), and then sitting at an aisle seat (most airlines have me at a window). They asked me to wait to deboard until all passengers were off - that is standard. Everybody went like crazy through the airport terminal looking for a Gate that does not exist. Followed by a counter-announcement. And then being bussed to the aircraft. People came on board up to the last minute... Arrival in SGN crazy for a different reason. All 300-some passengers were bussed again. Just that the ladders were not ready, and then whoever drove could not adjust them, and then the busses were not ready either. 25 minutes from landing to the luggage belts. Vietnamese airports need to work on their their procedures."

Some passengers complained about being hot, but flight attendant only pointed out the overhead gasper vents, which were obviously open but did little to help the sweating and general discomfort. No personal entertainment system, only drop down screens. Food was average."

I think this was the most disappointing because the language barrier was frustrating when needing help going the right direction and having questions about checking in. The food was OK. The fruit tasted rotten and the food didn't seem as fresh either. The customer service was also mediocre. When I was on ANA airlines all the staff were very helpful and they seemed statisfied with their jobs. When I travel to ASIA again I will try and avoid Vietnam airlines."

Ưu: "On its Airbus A 350 Vietnam Airlines recently introduced a new arrangement for the Premium Economy Section. This is the only aircraft used on the SGN-CDG line. Before they had a lay-out of 3-3-3 seats across, strictly identical with the Economy section. It is now 2-4-2, giving some more space to sit comfortably. All seats have now a fixed separation, with the possibility of placing a glass or other small objects on top of it; they look like a smaller version of the old Business Class seats. In the first row the design of the fold-up screens has been improved. Previously some invaded the personal space of the neighbour, as I had experienced last October (my knee still remembers it). Well done. Prem Economy is worth the difference in pricing."

Most of it was sent back as waste, because so many passengers (e.g. French) are accustomed to a minimalist continental breakfast. All this lavishness has disappeared now. While I understand the reason why, I wonder why they also eliminated the small portion of jam or jelly. Only butter is available to spread (spread?) on the tiny bun. It would be a nice touch to have also some jelly. Also during the night shift they used to offer some nice sandwiches to sleepless passengers. Now only pots of instant noodles are offered on demand. These pots are not well adapted for European passengers."

There was no turbulence at that time, the seat belt sign was off and the captain did not announce a need to stay seated with the seat belt on. I explained that my back and left leg hurts so I needed to stretch, shake it off and stand. She insisted that I sit for my safety. I did not argue because I did not want to cause trouble. Then I asked her for the toilet which was behind her, hidden as she keeps the curtain pulled around the toilet and galley. She directed me to the tail of the plane when I am seated at #28B at first row at the front of the plane, 4-5 steps away from me. She kept still, standing in front of the toilet until I walked away to the back of the plane. Again, I did not complain nor argue. I thought to myself that maybe the front toilet if off limits to passengers. Then later when I returned to my seat, I watched all other passengers who appear of her same race and talked same language as hers, pull the curtain covering the toilet and galley, use the toilet and get drinks from her freely. I felt very offended that I was not allowed to use this toilet as every one else have and did not receive the same friendly service as those passengers. I wanted to keep to myself about this but I realized I was treated unequally. So I told her that I was offended that she directed me to the back of the plane to use the toilet while everyone else used the front of the plane toilet. I also told her I felt I was not treated equally and felt very hurt. She kept apologizing after I explained how I feel but her apology does not take away the fact that I was treated differently and unequally. I advised her that she should not treat her passengers as if we are ignorant of flying, of our rights and of flying etiquette. She kept apologizing every time she passes by me throughout the flight but this did not ease my feelings at all. This was the last blow to my dissatisfaction with this trip beginning with the 2-hour flight delay. With many other airlines flying to Clark airport in the Philippines, I choose not to fly Jin Air again. In fact, I already booked with another airline today for my next trip with my family in 6 months for a wedding. I will not recommend Jin Air to everyone I know."

We had to go through passport control, go up to arrivals and wait in the huge, chaotic lines ( why does AA always have chaotic limes?) and check in again. We then had to go back through immigration and security inspections. Even the immigration and exit officials were questioning why we didn’t go in transit! Took us two hours and lots of extra walking. I only fly Air Asia when I have to, and always think they will have gotten better, but they never do."

You left me only 2 hours to disembark in Bangkok, get luggage at the Domestic carousel, go through customs, take luggage to the Check In counter in the International, get boarding pass, go through customs and security. Then race to the boarding gate for my INTERNATIONAL flight to Denpasar. What a trauma. The International Air Asia check in was mobbed!! I only made it in time because staff at the check in found me by chance and put me to the front of the line. I won't use Kayak again, after using you for 15 years. You have a nerve selling such a ticket."

A huge crowd from BG1 flooded to BG3 when the flight to Wuhan, China has not yet started boarding. It was 15 minutes before scheduled boarding (15:55) and a long line already formed at BG1. Those in line have to move to BG3 and have to line up all over again. We waited for at least 30 mins before the Wuhan flight finished boarding at BG3. The line was ill-formed and many Chinese tourists pushed their way through disregarding the line. Air Asia should have deferred the announcement of boarding gate change for the HKG flight until the Wuhan flight has completed boarding. This was a poor handling of boarding."

I think either your website or Air Asia’s need a block when booking return flights so you include baggage for both sectors.This would avoid the shock and excessive cost at check in."

Ưu: "We had a good flight on Air Asia. We were able to do online check in a week early, which was good for our trip and return and being able to print boarding passes before we left. Everything was smooth, but we didn't check any bags. The only food on the flight was for purchase, but it's such a short flight, it's not a problem."

Khuyết điểm: "There were hundreds of mosquitos on the plane and they decided to spray bug spray after they closed the doors right before take off!! Hands down one of the most disgusting experiences of my life. They also ripped us off with our checked luggage. Not pleased."

Checked bags are extra, meals on board are extra etc. That said, for the price the experience was fine. If you're looking for a quick, cheap and easy way to get around Asia I highly recommend this airline"

Immediately upon pressing the purchase button I realized my mistake and attempted to fix it only to find out that even though I purchased through Kayak, Air Asia would be responsible for all customer service. Upon finally getting a hold of them after several hours of frustration I was told that not only was there no way to cancel it, I could not even use the price paid as a credit for the opposite route regardless of the fact that I was attempting to rectify this seconds after purchasing. I expected to be using Kayak as a point of customer service and was the only reason I went the route I did to purchase the ticket."
