She was completely unprofessional and she made it clear she didn't like me, despite the fact that I was always going out of my way to be courteous. At one point, she walked down the aisle and stepped directly onto my foot, which was NOT in the aisle but under the seat in front of me. She didn't even acknowledge that she had stepped on my foot and kept walking. For a 14-hour flight, I was really bothered by her lack of professionalism. I will have to think twice before I book Cathay Pacific again."

Everyone on the flight was forced to eat at dairy queen, which quickly ran out of everything anyone wanted. I will never fly Vietnam Airlines again."

Khuyết điểm: "The aircraft Hong Kong Airlies uses on this route is a joke. The business class is worse than economy class on other flights. Everything is dated, there is not much left of seat upholstering after 20 years without any updates and the headrest sits at a hight where my shoulder is - with no chance of adjusting it. I left the 5 hour flight with backpain and the resolution to NEVER AGAIN fly with Hong Kong Airlines."

Just a comment: check-in at Narita airport was not in the main concourse where the other major airlines were located, but in a small section just outside the main concourse."

Ưu: "The staff were fast, friendly, and helpful. They all spoke good enough English to communicate properly at all times. Drinks and food came in a timely manner. The fight felt like it ended as soon as it started. Possibly the fastest disembarkment I've ever had."
Khuyết điểm: "On the first flight, the plane was equipped with newer technology, including a touch screen entertainment set. But, the flight announcements came over headsets at full blast volume. The return flight was using older equipment, no touch screens involved, but the announcements were not loud over headsets (thankfully)."

In-flight entertainment: limited movie selection, even more limited tv shows selection. Music section was very poor, it needs more selection with variaty, known artists, more radio channels. And music tracks should be in a tracklist form with song information, not only 1 hour-long tracks of back to back music (with no info). Meals - Mains were ok, deserts were terrible in both of my flights. Snacks were also bad, a scone and beef and cheese sandwich. Very blend, white bread only and oily. We weren't served enough bevarages, so oily and high-carb foods made me very thursty. No water fountains, it'd be great to have some around since staff does not give enough beverage and I was forced to chuck my water before boarding the airplane (the water I bought in the airport after passport check!!!!!!!) It was extremely cold."

We received no compensation or consideration for our losses. To add insult to injury, my return flight seat placement was not an aisle or window, even though an aisle was initially requested. I sat in the center back third of the plane, making bathroom breaks difficult. Food options ran out leaving us with no meal choices for dinner. My travel mate's $1000 checked Samsonite hardshell was smashed beyond use on the return flight. No USB chargers on plane limiting long term use of our own entertainment. Old aircraft is unnerving. TV overhead broken."

Khuyết điểm: "Lack of water. poured by the cup so if you do not want to drink it all at once you have to balance a cup rather than have a bottle you can put the top on and drink when needed on a long flight They seem to keep the seat belt sign on for long periods even when there is not turbulence for over 20 minutes or more or sometimes no detectable movement for a very long time so there is a line outside the few toilets in the restricted time available to move. I have done many flights and the website is horrible and it seems almost impossible to use frequent flyer points"

I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)"

Paid for priority boarding: No priority security queue, no priority boarding. Paid for priority baggage: Took 60 minutes from landing for baggage to arrive. No priority, except for crew bags. Food was disgusting. Hard to determine where the plastic finished and the pasta started. There was no service, other than dumping a hot plastic box in your lap."

It there for cost me $48 to book the bag on at the airport one way back. For some reason when I was paying they could not take for the full amount on my CC and so I had to go change money as $8 had to be paid cash (very strange). The flight was very uncomfortable. I could go into detail but now I’m just ranting. Not happy. Won’t be doing that again."

Khuyết điểm: "The seat and tray table is greasy and dirty and there are two cracked holes in the arm rest!"

Khuyết điểm: "No online check- in. Very slow check in at airport. Vouchers provided for food at airport - only problem was we couldn’t find a place that would take them. Boarding was painfully late and slow. As we arrived in the early hours of the morning the cost of taxis were double the normal price. Still no compensation as promised by the airline when they initially advised us of the late flight. Could do a lot better."
