In general it would be nice if passengers could pre-order from a set selection of foods online what they would like on their tray. This would hopefully lower the amount of food that sadly goes to waste. Also it would be nice to have gluten free snacks on board. Flying with celiac disease is not easy."

Given we could not even take water brought in the airport into the plane there needed to be regular distributions of fluids on the flight as there was on the flight from London toy Singapore. It is a long flight and being dehydrated on a plane is not a good thing."

Rating low to the crew mainly because of the ground staff as they were not very communicative to begin with about the explanation for our delay. Only when the passengers got a bit more vocal about wanting explanations, they started giving us a bit more information. All estimated times given for boarding the flight were incorrect by a big margin! Seemed more like they were giving shorter wait time for boarding just to please the passengers, where as they were well aware of how long the wait would be."

Ưu: "I am frequent air traveler that logs about 100k miles a year and this is the first time I felt like writing a review about an airline. I traveled with my 4 year old son on this trip. Excellent service, high quality food options and flight amenities. I really enjoyed the food as did my son. My son left his backpack behind on the first leg and the airline staff retreived it and delivered it to the lounge in less than 15 minutes. I was astounded and had almost given up on seeing the bag again, given my experience with other airlines in the past. This is going to be airline of choice for future trips!"

Khuyết điểm: "Flight delay was not announce until boarding time. Such chaos!! at 1:00 AM. Rescheduled the next 24hrs. I was lucky to live within one hour of the airport. Next day, after boarded the plane, had to sit inside plane for 2 1/2 hours until the plane takes off. It was not a good experienced, even though they gave us a voucher for 75.$"

There was a male crew member from LAX to Hong Kong, I could heard talking to the other crew members and he was using profanity. Nothing aggressive but not professional in my opinion. He used profanity in telling his story."

Khuyết điểm: "Armrest on my husband’s seat was broken and fell off twice during the flight. He cut his arm on it the first time this happened. The flight was pretty bumpy, but the weather wasn’t great. The landing was a bit of a roller coaster, too!"

Khuyết điểm: ". I was shocked to see social distancing was not implemented with no seats apart and I was in the middle of four seats. If the journey is as important as the destination, then it already failed the minute I was seated in a very intimate setting alongside strangers and seeing the economy class fully booked. The airline defended this by saying they have special economy seats but I complained that this is not equitable since the seats are limited and not everyone could afford an upgrade. Even if they could, the passengers would still be seated side by side and the total number of passengers aboard a tight and enclosed space or load factor is still very high. The airline’s policy was so inconsistent with the very rigid rules of the different government agencies upon disembarkation."

After the security check we were sent outside where buses were driving to claim our checked-in luggage to take it for another check just to drop it one minute later. Anywhere in the world if you board a flight with a stop-over you see your luggage at the final destination, not the case if you fly trough Manila."

Passport and boarding passes are taken away by the airline ground staff. Good airline but worst staff at airport. A lot to be said. TORTURE"

Crew not communicating at all. Doesn't say anything or serve you with a smile."

If it is connecting flight, passenger should get their luggage in their final airport of destination. Causing delay, because we still have to queve in the immigration. Don't see the point in that."

I felt like the price was way too high for the service I received! I need a partial refund at a minimun. This flight was terrible for my 3 children and I."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight crews working at transfer desks were extremely unorganized and brought us to our terminal at the very last minute when the flight was calling for all passengers to board. Food was terrible. Ended up losing my baggage because they didn’t have enough time to put all the bags onto the flight and so I had to wait an extra two hours at the airport"

In flight comforts were provided such as blacked , eye mask etc. iPads were provided as there was no built in tvs on the plane which provided a good inlight entertainment system. Overall this was a good experience as value for money as the price was cheaper than many other direct long haul flights"
Khuyết điểm: "The plane it’s self was quite old and tired - with no TVs however iPads were provided which was not a huge difference. There was not a good selection of beverages on this flight -most had ran out prior."

Ưu: "Honestly one of the best flights I had compared to my previous flight over from Hong Kong with same airline. Plane was newer with entertainment module with a huge list of movies and shows to choose from. food was the best airplane meal I had ever had. Had no issues during baggage or boarding,"
Khuyết điểm: "Only thing I didn't like was that checking in online was impossible because I was booked from another airline (air Canada). I wish they could co-ordinate to make online booking available even though we were booked through another airline just so we had a better choice for our seats."
