Every time I asked her for a glass of water, she would sigh heavily and tell me to wait. Eventually, she stopped serving me all together and I needed to leave my seat and ask other crew members to serve my food. She was completely unprofessional and she made it clear she didn't like me, despite the fact that I was always going out of my way to be courteous. At one point, she walked down the aisle and stepped directly onto my foot, which was NOT in the aisle but under the seat in front of me. She didn't even acknowledge that she had stepped on my foot and kept walking. For a 14-hour flight, I was really bothered by her lack of professionalism. I will have to think twice before I book Cathay Pacific again."

The rice dishes were gone both times when the food got to me. I can understand if it was just one meal, but it was disappointing that I wasn't able to eat rice during the whole 15 hours of trip. It would also be understandable if the row right before me wasn't served 20 mins prior to us, and the row right after me wasn't served 15 mins before us. I just couldn't understand how it was arranged. Maybe I should've ask for service right before they start serving meal."

In-flight entertainment: limited movie selection, even more limited tv shows selection. Music section was very poor, it needs more selection with variaty, known artists, more radio channels. And music tracks should be in a tracklist form with song information, not only 1 hour-long tracks of back to back music (with no info). Meals - Mains were ok, deserts were terrible in both of my flights. Snacks were also bad, a scone and beef and cheese sandwich. Very blend, white bread only and oily. We weren't served enough bevarages, so oily and high-carb foods made me very thursty. No water fountains, it'd be great to have some around since staff does not give enough beverage and I was forced to chuck my water before boarding the airplane (the water I bought in the airport after passport check!!!!!!!) It was extremely cold."

We received no compensation or consideration for our losses. To add insult to injury, my return flight seat placement was not an aisle or window, even though an aisle was initially requested. I sat in the center back third of the plane, making bathroom breaks difficult. Food options ran out leaving us with no meal choices for dinner. My travel mate's $1000 checked Samsonite hardshell was smashed beyond use on the return flight. No USB chargers on plane limiting long term use of our own entertainment. Old aircraft is unnerving. TV overhead broken."

I have done many flights and the website is horrible and it seems almost impossible to use frequent flyer points"

I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)"

Food was disgusting. Hard to determine where the plastic finished and the pasta started. There was no service, other than dumping a hot plastic box in your lap."

It there for cost me $48 to book the bag on at the airport one way back. i book the extra luggage through the site. but the next day i gat the mail that can not book and it was refused. and once i go to airport counter and did not even take the luggage to airport because it was refused. but the airport the airline charged me hkd 240 and then only issue the boarding pass. and they said it is in their system. point is it is miss communications between your and the airline. but you forcefully charge the money to me. i appreciate to check the issue and do the necessary refund.

That might be ok for the average 5'4" Filipino, but at 6'1", I literally could not fit my knees behind the seat in front of me. As a result I had to twist my legs into an uncomfortable position for 2 hours. Not fun."

As a couple travelling together, we were not seated together, which is very annoying (that was the case for other passengers too) even though a lot of single seats were empty in the plane (crew refused to let us swap places). That’s a 2 star for the crew. Food and beverage is pay only, and was real bad, that is the 1 star for food."

So I just took the seats immediately available to us that were open. The flight attendant decided to check our boarding pass to see if we were in the right seat, and of course we were not (because the other people decided to take our seats as we were the last to board). I figured this was just fine. We even paid extra for the assigned seats but for the sake of getting the flight going due to our tight connection, we took the nearest available seats. Unfortunately, a group of 6 people had to take 5 minutes to rearrange the seats because the flight attendant "insisted" we take the seats on our boarding pass. It would have been much easier if the crew would have just let us take the seats that were available instead of trying to rearrange the other group."
