Making it all even later. No food offered for this quite expensive flight, only water, and no entertainment either."

The seat allocation was horrible, and I was surrounded by nasty neighbors, who were chatting throughout the 10+hour flight, even after my verbal warning, not to mention the way children were taken care of. I am not blaming children making noise. I am blaming the lack of control over the parents who bring noisy toys for children and play videos loud enough to disturb the neighbor's sleep throughout the flight."

They never explained what the issue was - it was a bit unsettling. Like, was it a meintamice issue? Should we be worried for our safety? Or was the aircraft simply late/delayed? Upon taxiing and take off the pilot finally said they were delayed from a previous flight and the plane needed to be “checked.” Would’ve like to know that an hour earlier when we first got kicked off the bus."

Completely lost on the Chinese psyche it seems. The food was minimal, about a desert spoon of overcooked chicken, piles of rice and an unedible vegetable. I managed to get two thimble full glasses of wine."

Khuyết điểm: "First of all, both on my departure and return flight, despite having boarded 30 minutes ahead of schedule, we remained on the floor for an additional hour (both for taking and after landing). Next, the flight attendants did a poor job of ensuring that everyone did not get up when we landed and the seatbelt sign was on, and this led to herds of people running through the aisles and rushing to get off past those that were patiently waiting. The leg room is very limited, unless it is an empty flight. The red wine was perhaps the worst I have ever had. AND the wifi that was available for purchase was 40 USD for only 150 mb of data which is absolutely ridiculous."

Ưu: "The seats were larger than most international coach flights with enough leg room that when the person in front of me reclined, my knees were left untouched. They also had very well organized transfers at both of my layover locations, alleviating stress in 1-2 hour international transfers. Cabin crew was more than friendly and helpful."

Ưu: "About what I would expect from a local airline. Typical chaotic free frail boarding processes (all though the did have some people board from the back of the plane by seat row number). Standard space allotment for seats and they offered a complimentary snack."
Khuyết điểm: "I was annoyed with the excess baggage fee as it was not clearly written on the purchase ticket agreement. I checked before on their website on the baggage allotment. I was under the impression that the allowance was 20kg, but the women indicated it was only 10kg!"
