I have never had any airline actually weigh my personal item (laptop backpack) before this journey. Eventually I ended up stuffing my check-in bags with everything I was carrying in my carry on bag before I was allowed to check in. The weird thing is, I was never told about this rule on my journey from the US to India."

Khuyết điểm: "Staff constantly woke me up for snacks and drinks, which is good on one hand but I was sleeping so deep that it was a bit annoying."
Ưu: "I liked that the flight was not full and I was able to use the entire row of seats and lie down as straight as possible to get some sleep. The crew was very friendly and allowed us to sleep most of the flight --- I guess they figured that most of the travelers prefer to just sleep and not be disturbed during a 15-hour flight. There was a good selection of movies and shows to watch to pass the time. I liked that there was time to go on the city tour of Doha and that there is a counter at the airport for the city tour."
Khuyết điểm: "My flight started in Kathmandu and the layover for the connecting flight from Doha to LAX was 12 hours. I hope Qatar can come up with a schedule that will reduce the layover down to less hours while still giving passengers time to go on the city tour, if they want to."

Khuyết điểm: "-carry-on did not fit on center overhead compartment unless I put it side ways, which then takes up space for other passengers. Same carry-on suitcase fit nicely on Emirates airplanes. Basically, carry-on overhead compartments have been made smaller on purpose or by engineering error, and this makes me not want to fly Qatar airlines again. Less food options. I went to the Gally and they only had kitkat bars for food. Emirates offer fruit, sandwiches, and many choices at ALL TIMES of the flight for economy class."

Ưu: "I was surprised with the quality of gluten free meals served for me, it was well organised and taken care of where I never had to wait. My flight schedules were changed few days before departure by Qatar Airways, but only thing I had to do was to confirm that I have noted, my seats and all the rest of details intact, excellent."

The remote buttons were not quick to respond and needed to be pressed firmly and slowly. The food menu needs more lighter options. The toilet could use mouthwash addition."

Only constant complaints led to food being provided at the airport after a 6 hour wait to board. No compensation was offered by QA when we arrived in Doha. Nothing. Exceptionally poor performance by an airline you expect more from."

But not only that, there was a passenger seated in the middle seat who was not well and she kept feeling nausea and wanting help but the crew did not know what else to do having asked if there was a doctor on board. But they were not very gentle with her in their responses. I am not sure if this had anything to do with the fact that she was a muslim dressed in traditional gear."

Khuyết điểm: "What a mess!A woman was changing her baby's diaper by the food service area. A group of passagers lyed their babies on the floor to sleep and floor was full of food crumbs. Flight attendant were incapable of keeping passangers undercontrol. Food service was so poor. Going abroad they run out of fish almost after serving 50 passangers and we had no other options but pasta with cheese sauce. Attitude was 'you either eat or don't'. This has happaned twice flying out of US. Flight attendant said 'fish wasn't good anyways and food is much better on return flights'. On my return flight they once again run out the dinner with meat and I was served this time eggplant with rice. They served all the passangers but five row back from the exit doors and few row below from the restrooms received service 30-40min later. Others has already ate and their trays were taken away. By the time they served us my food was cold. Two scoup of rice on the plate was raw and the bread was stale. When I told the flight attendant she said 'she will let her supervisor know' but no body came to talk to me nor offered anything else to eat. Altough I have seen one passenger who got upset been served rice with eggplant received a service later with chicken which wasn't in the menu. Another passanger received two menus at once. Flight attandants are incompetant"

I was aware I would incur a charge, but was surprised that not only would I be redirected from the long bag drop line back to ticket sales, but that they would charge me 10 € per kilo! So my bag ended up costing me double what my ticket cost me for a 4 hour flight. Never again."
Ưu: "I enjoyed the flight to Istanbul but on the return flight they told me at the exit door of the plane that my stroller for the kids will be in baggage claim. The stroller was. It in baggage claim, the Turkish airline representative could not help or prove de a phone number for me to contact somebody indicating although she has the Turkish airlines uniform she works for swissport. 90 minutes later they said they might send the stroller to my house if found and that I may have to cover the cost as Turkish airlines will not....... terrible service terrible experience and I will never fly with Turkish airlines again"
Khuyết điểm: "Return flight from Delhi to Istanbul to Houston cancelled on Jan 8 2017 due to bad weather in Istanbul. Extremely poor to non-existent process in communicating and rerouting passengers. Frustrating to me and monumental time loss for business travellers like me."

Khuyết điểm: "I had to ask a neighboring passenger if her would allow me 20mins of my flight without his rear end in my face. He was a fairly large man and constantly bending over in the isle to chat with his family. His infant was being attended to by his wife who constantly paced around to shake the baby (I'm sure the baby was annoyed as well). The baby finally spat up on the floor and seat. Everyone in the family could not sit still more than 5mins at a time, jumping up, moving around, switching seats, passing items. The men turned the area into a social scene/bar. I was too distracted by all this activity hovering over me to enjoy reading or relaxing. I constantly had rear ends in my face, and I constantly had to dodge and lean in my seat. The aforementioned tall man even had the nerve to fold away my television monitor when I dozed off so that it would not be an obstruction for his activity. By then I'd had enough. The This flight was terrible. Non of the staff requested better conduct or mindfulness of the other passengers. I believe the airline should strongly consider having a separate space for large families, families with babies, or at least have a code of conduct to which passengers should respect for the sake of every paying customer's ability to enjoy such a long flight."

Khuyết điểm: "We missed a connection on our flight out, so the airline decided to cancel our entire flight home! They didn't even notify us they were cancelling it. We found out the day before we were supposed to leave to go home, when we tried to check in online and couldn't. I spent hours of the last day of our vacation trying to figure out what was wrong, then searching for a rebooking a new flight. It cost us more than $1000 USD extra, just to get home. NOT the way we envisioned ending our vacation. I'll never use this airline again!"

Both waited on the tarmac for the plane to be ready and both busses opened the doors at the same time. The families were swamped while trying to load the plane with kids in tow."

Khuyết điểm: "First the flight was delayed 45 minutes. After 45 minutes we got boarded and sat on the plane another 45 minutes due to the little cart pushing the plane not being available. After 45 minutes the crew had reached its hours and couldn't complete the flight with no replacement crew in sight. Plane was debarked new flight was rescheduled 4 hours later. Had to go through security a second time after ticket was reissued. This flight was also delayed 45 minutes. Getting to Copenhagen spent an extra 1 and a half in the airport dealing with lost baggage because it seems the 8 hours extra I spent in Frankfurt wasn't enough for them to transfer my bags."

Khuyết điểm: "One crew member oversaw me several times when distributing beverages because the gentlemen next to me ordered two, and she assumed he's ordering for me (which he didn't). When I ordered 2 beverages (wine and water), she said she doesn't have time to hand out two beverages to each passenger."
Ưu: "I liked the ability to have some air circulation, which was not offered in the first flight, so that was nice. The ride was smooth, quick, and mostly comfortable, although I did wish I could have a little more elbow room. There was no entertainment, but that was also fine because the flight was fairly short. Overall, I don’t have any complaints."

The flight was 2h delayed in NYC because of the mess at the gate coating me a missed connection to Denmark (not that it was necessary have Lufthansa put any effort in speeding up.my transfer like pick up at the gate, gate information before I left aircraft or even as I approached a desk I. Frankfurt as the conneecting flight was late too). On top of that mess I have not gotten my speciality meal and eintertaiment system was malfunctioning the entire flight. Crew could not be bothered with bringing over water and didn't exactly respond to call button."

The crew was numerous and very attentive and pleasant. This was my first time flying Luftansa, and I would definitely fly with them again."
Khuyết điểm: "The biggest complaint I have was that one of the restrooms in my section was out-of-order. That meant a lot of waiting, but everyone was understanding and good about taking turns. The movie selection could have used a bit more mystery type films, but that is my taste. I did watch a few movies I hadn't seen."

In the economy/coach cabin, they squeeze the seat distances to such an extent that, when the person in front of you leans their chair back, you cannot get out of your seat at an upright angle. You have to significantly bend your body. To not loose your balance, you have to grab on to the seat in front of you and that disturbs the other passenger. If they're sleeping, they can be woken up by that. Lufthansa does not care much for its passengers. Nor do many other companies, for that matter, but I think Lufthansa is taking things further than most airlines. It is a disgrace. Their brand is not what it once was."

Smiling faces genuinely concerned about the passenger experience aboard the aircraft. In contrast, on a previous International flight via a US based carrier...there too was lots of cabin crew attitude...but not the pleasant type."

All my woolens were in there and I have nothing to wear and it’s freezing outside. They do not give me ANY compensation of any sort. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and all just save a couple hundred dollars. Not worth the hassle! I’m still trying to get in touch with them to ask about my baggage but they’re unreachable."

The flight was full with infants and little babies (approx. 2 babies per one 4 seat raw in Economy class) , not all of them reacted with ease to a 10h flight. On most of the occasions the parents should have been given some guidance as their behaviour was intolerant towards other passengers. Unfortunately, there was no support from crew members on this."

No human being should suffer through that experience I ordered special meal and it was all plain and vegitarian even though I am not vegiterian"
