B&b Hôtel Dijon Nord

The breakfast was ok, but nothing outstanding. The personnel was very helpful in getting us a new room super quick and without any discussions after our initial room smelled despite the fact that it was declared as a non-smoking room.

The initial room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke (despite being a non-smoking room). This seems to be a common problem of this hotel, as the personnel was already busy using deodorizer in other rooms when we checked in to ours. This, plus the hair we found on our bed, kind of diminished our trust in the diligence of cleaning the hotel rooms. We only saw two people working at this entire place during our stay. While this is not surprising for a budget hotel with a self-check-in service station, it also is a good reason of the aforementioned problem. We would not recommend staying at this place except for business travelers with low demands that need to stay for one night only.

Room tiny for 2 people, on my own I wouldn’t mind.
