Perfect location, just a short walk to the lake and the old town, but didn't cost as much as the other places in the same distance. And I loved the medieval-looking floor tiles in the restaurant.

The welcome at the hotel was first class. All the staff were very professional and friendly. The signature rooms were very comfortable free mini bar was a great bonus and plenty of tea and coffee pods for the coffee machine. The robes and slippers were a great touch too. Luxurious toiletries from the white company and even a loofah. Turndown service with a chocolate on the pillow was a lovely special touch. Cocktails in the bar were great. You must try the Mai Tai frappe and Grasshopper, although the Mojito was very good too. Breakfast was a real feast. Plenty of ham, cheese, fruit and even smoked salmon. A basket of fresh pastries on your table too. We had cooked breakfast which was delicious and my poached eggs done to perfection. A big thank you to all the staff here who work so hard to make this hotel a great place to stay and we will definitely be back.
