Friendly staff.
The location is quite convenient , but this had its drawbacks. Day and night ,very noisy.Light all night through the lights. Since none of the rooms (we ordered 4 rooms) did not have air conditioning , it was not possible to close the windows. The rooms are incredibly small. Even it is impossible to disclose a suitcase. Upon arrival we were accommodated in a very small room and when I asked why my friends'rooms were larger , they answered that I should solve this with BOOKING COM( although all 4 rooms were bought at the same rate). After my requirements , we after 2 nights , changed the room.

This was my second stay at this hotel and I enjoyed it yet again. The staff greets with you a glass of port wine and pastel de nata which is a great touch. The location is perfect as it's in the center of town and walkable to just about everything including the buses/trams. You can purchase your Yellow Bus tour tickets at the front desk which is convenient and they even made reservations at a nice restaurant that's a five minute walk from the hotel.
I liked everything.

Very friendly staff. The hotel is beautiful and very chic. Perfect location to walk to hotspots in Lisbon. I will stay here again when I revisit!

The hotel was very well located in the heart of the cool Baixa area, close to the waterfront and Castelo de S. Jorge. The rooms were very clean, well presented, comfortable and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a proper concierge style service that really enhanced our stay. This included directions, airport taxi and restaurant bookings which proved were excellent. The port of custard tarts in reception were a nice touch too.
Small thing (literally) the storage in the room was quite small only added here for constructive feedback. It really had little impact on us and isn't something that would stop us from staying here again or heartily recommending this fabulous hotel to others.
