What a luxe experience and comfortable stay in the center of Lisbon. The room was gorgeous with all the amenities of a first class and more - even a phone to use daily!! USB ports on each side of the bed, great TV and Amazing shower! So central we never needed a map! Breakfast from fruits and breads to eggs and bacon!

The service is great here. The people at the reception desk are great. They are nice and always ready to help or answer my questions. Had a small problem with the coffee machine. The gentleman there went to my room right away. He tested it and replaced it with no questions. This is just a small example. The location is great. Pretty much most of the great sites in Lisbon are in walking distance and easy access to the public transportation if you need.

Nice room, location and excellent customer service! The staff upgraded our room and served us a egg tart on our arrival:) really impressed by the efforts they put on the customers. I would definitely return to the hotel for my next trip to Lisbon:)
