+Room is definitely a 5* with ambience, decoration, amenities, safety, balcony! This hotel seems to be very safe (in terms of ability to close doors or not seeing any animals or leftovers after the animals in the room :) +value for money for the stay +pool and sundeck area is nice +hotel is in the jungle, therefore at nigh you can enjoy all possible meditation sounds of nature +I would stay again, but food possibilities and coffee needs to be seriously stepped up for a 5* hotel (you need a good coffee, vegetarian menu, vibe that suggests a good dinner in restaurant) +staff

-Cappuccino was a disappointment, and no vegetarian options for breakfast. -I checked in ~1am, after 20+ hour flight, the receptionist tried so hard to manage everything at exact moment(disregarding my inability to capture the information)...that he simply annoyed me and check-in took forever. -Staff is very helpful and trying to help by all possible means, but with guests, that are lacking manners (i.e bringing their own, very loud RnB music and playing it all evening by the pool despite the fact that they are not the only ones in the hotel(my room was just by the pool) they are unable to manage properly as per 5*. From one side guests lacking manners is not a problem of a hotel, from another...they are. -if you are staying in the room (not villa) there is no "cool bar or lobby" to have a glass of wine or simply chill out enjoying the view, those areas are a bit lonely and needs some adjustments, so if you want to hang out in evening, you need to consider going to Ubud centre (10min ride)

This resort becomes one of our favourite resorts and for sure we'll come back later . We liked everything starting from lovely staff crews to the amazing villa and great food at restaurant . And we're personally thanks all housekeeping crew for the lovely touch on the room at the day we arrived .
