Hotel Roberta

Okay, but not great.

The location was close to the train station.

Had to pay for a breakfast that was mostly picked over, and then got yelled at for not clearing our own dishes.

Hotel Roberta was within walking distance to Mestre train station and local Supermarket.Area felt fairly safe, although did not spend alot of time explorining the nearby streets as most of my time was spent in Venice which you could get to and back from very easlily.

Hotel staff spoke little english and were not friendly. Front street rooms very noisy for sleeping!

After we checked out the rooms we leaved our laggage and bicycles in the hotel until our train in the night.

We reserved two rooms - for three and for four persons. The room for four persons was in fact simple double room with two extra beds, so there was no place to walk around the beds at all :-)
