The setting was magnificent the rooms were luxurious and all the services were excellent .

The staff were extremely helpful and mannerly at all times. The cleaning staff were always so polite and respecting your privacy. The rooms were spotless clean.

No, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was everything that we had hoped for and expected from the descriptions. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly, and almost all were completely fluent in English. The tone was set on our arrival, when we were informed that, due to high occupancy, we had been upgraded to a junior suite....the room was fantastic! The pool areas were superb and there was never any difficulty in getting a lounger. Despite the hotel being about 2 miles from both the beach and marina, the courtesy bus service made venturing out beyond the hotel very easy. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with an extensive choice.

Only a minor criticism, as the Marina offered more than enough choice, but during our stay, one of the hotel's restaurants was closed, and the other main restaurant offered only a limited choice on the menu.

we loved it staff were fantastic dissapointed not to get free upgrade however they presented us with champagne and a cake as it was our wedding anniversary!!
