Staff were very welcoming, check is was swift and the room was modern and clean with everything you need. The location was perfect for visiting the Arena and surrounding areas. It was very quiet at night and there was nothing to disturb us from sleeping. The foyer, restaurant and bar were clean and well presented and altogether very inviting. Breakfast was pretty good value especially for a Hilton chain and there was ample choice of things to eat.
Nothing really. The room wasn’t quite ready on check in even though we didn’t arrive before 3:00pm but we were given a complimentary drink for waiting a few minutes. There was a problem with the hotel’s water supply too. This was known at check in but wasn’t mentioned to us. Not a massive issue as it was fixed later in the day while we were out but still think it would have been nice of them to tell us. Instead we went to the room, used the facilities and then discovered there was not water to flush or wash hands with. This is a one off kind of thing so can’t be too harsh about it and it certainly wouldn’t prevent me from booking the same hotel again if I needed to.

Speedy check in on arrival to the hotel after a long day and short walking distance from event venue to hotel was also good
Unable to get food in the Recess restaurant at night, despite being on my own there were not tables even for one left. If I could have been accommodated within the restaurant it would have been a forty minute wait for food, not what you want after a long day and are looking for a warm meal
