good facilities
cleanliness was an issue- found hair in fridge had to ask cleaner to dust the room after she had already cleaned.

Nice, clean rooms and located with great views of the Theme Park and not too far from the town. Easy for parking, and lovely pool area
We spent most time on the roof top area to sunbathe as it was quiet. Could do with a bigger jacuzzi or another jacuzzi to fill the space, and a bit of a refresh up there. Would also be nice to have a bar up there as it is an adults area after all. The buffet was quite disappointing for us as a couple however for the price, it was nice as reassurance to have a food back up when needed. Breakfast was best, but dinner wasn’t great. Very loud music until 11.30.. this should be reduced when there is no one actually sitting around the stage as it reflects on all of the rooms.

The rooms were cleaned every day and the beds were big and comfortable! Staff were friendly, lots to do throughout the day but was also really relaxed around the pool! The spa area downstairs is lovely and relaxing however can get really loud and crowded when families are there with young children. You also need to wear a swimming cap in the spa pool which is inconvenient but this was the only downside. 10 mins walk to the theme park, 15 minutes to the beach and local shops and around 15/20 to the nearest train station which is great! Really handy location. All in all, a lovely trip!
Spa pool requiring a swimming cap seems really outdated, was asked to wear one or get out of the pool, this could be looked at as I’m not sure how many people would have swimming caps and means a great facility of the hotel cannot be used.

Breakfast and location was excelent, but I hade one unpleasant moment before leaving the hotel. Door men told me to put children's backpacks in the luggage room in the safe for the fee, very unpleasant(

Food was tasty and various. Hotel staff is super friendly and is always happy to help you. Rooms are ok.
Dishes in the main restaurant were constantly dirty. It was really complicated to find a clean glass or plate. Room cleaning only made the bed and changed the towels. A lot of dust and the sand was in the room and the balcony. Bathroom needs renovation. A bit too far from the beach and no good places to eat nearby, have to walk to the seashore for about 1 - 1,5 km.
