The staff was aggressive, unkind and not helpful at all. If they don’t like people why do they work at a reception desk?

Large room

Run down area of Naples, very unpleasant environment. No restaurant nearby. Hôtel restaurant closed four days in a row. Cold, indifferent service. Mediocre breakfast, plastic glasses only. Not a 4star hotel in my opinion.

Maybe we weren't lucky with the room, but we stayed at the hotel few hours, just one night before catching our inbound flight, but the shower's temperature was inconsistent. After, or before, a long trip you need a warm and relaxing shower, but wasn't possible.

Clean room and very good banio.

They want me city tax again, they dont give Hot water boiler, for this service they wanted 15 euro.

Comfy, spacious rooms, comfy bed.

We paid as for a deluxe room with a balcony - and got a regular one (it wasn't that equipped as in the describtion). The bathroom looks as if it was in the 2*hotel. Even though it's located 3kms away from the airport it wasn't that easy to get there. It is hard to get to the city centre by a public transport. Poor minibar, poor breakfast: no hot meals, no vegetables. The neighbourhood was not pleasant.
