Great location, pleasant and professional reception crew. Breakfast was really good and really diverse. Good decoration and a good general environment. Staff were really nice to me by providing a desk in the room as asked.

We got the room 312 and it was a disaster because it had a cockroach infestation, after complaining in reception we got another room and it got a little better. I must say that receptionist worked it out really professionally and also offered a free breakfast for the inconvenience. The bedroom walls should be more soundproofed so we could sleep quietly in our room without hearing other guests talking all night long and also the noise made by the cleaning staff during the morning. It was really hard to get a good night of sleep. The temperature in the room was hard to control since it has a central climate control which, has explained by the staff, depends on seasoning so when our room were hot in the winter (blame climate change) and we tried to cool it down the effect was the opposite.

Overall nice hotel, great rooftop with a pool

The hot tub on the rooftop is not hot. After asking about it, they didn’t change the temperature. Why have it when it’s too cold to be a pleasant experience?

The staff is very friendly and helpful. In the room, the bed and the bathroom were very good. Very clean too.

The room on the fifth floor was quite hot. Putting on the airco did not seem to help. So even though we were here at the end of February we slept with the window fully opened. Room was also a bit noisy unfortunately. The sound did not come from the other hotel guests, but from the neighbouring building.

Great location, walking distance to bars, restaurants and tourist sights. Comfortable bed, clean room, free communal spa (could be warmer though), nice welcoming chocolate, 24h reception, late checkout.

Bathtub plug missing, no toilet brush. It would have been nice if the metro was closer but we knew the distance when we booked the hotel.
