A real paradise on the Costa Del Sol

Spa not flexible on treatments offered, strange in times of recession.

I liked the grounds, gardens and pools and the fact it was not overely crowded. The staff had warm and loving personalities. They were filming a movie but hardely notice any difference in the service. I loved the massage and the staff was incredible! :>)

I can not think of anything I did not like. The first night we were tucked in a corner with out much of a veiw but the staff moved us with out to many questions. we were moved to a room that had a nicer view of the pools and gardens. I felt bad asking to being moved, but the staff seemed to understand.

Staff were absouletely wonderfull. The pools out side were amazing and very attractive.

At this hotel you should have a better Lounge/ Bar with variety of drinks. in black was disaster, it should not be categorized as gastronomy !! they run out of wine ! they have only two bottels of wine!! Resturants in general were below expectation. at check out we were over charged and we have to tell the receptionist to rectify the mistake. check out process was not efficient neither accurate !!!!
