The location. In the very center of old Town. Safe car park in front of the hotel.
It's an hotel for junkies and prostitutes. I don't recommend at all, except if you are looking for a cheap and well located accommodation. I was shame to take my wife there. Fortunately it was just for a night. The stair lift doesn't work. Reception on second floor and room on fourth.

The location was perfect. You could access all the main sights by walking or tram/bus which is not expensive. Also it's a short metro ride from the airport. The hotel was decent, but should not get any star ratings.
The elevator only works for the 3rd floor, but their rooms are on the 2nd and 4th floor. The main door is open throughout the day so anyone can walk in, and the hotel is right in the middle of the square so it's very busy. My first room was a disaster. It was raining on the day I arrived and the whole room flooded from the ceiling's light fixture! A bit dangerous, either all the sockets near the ground. The hotel put me in another room with a view of the city which was slightly better.

Fantastic location. Staff very pleasant,very comfortable bed and bedding! Warm room, fresh towels everyday, plenty hot water.
We booked for breakfast included, but were told the kitchen wasnt ready, so was refunded the money and had to eat outside. The bathroom had a bad drain smell, shower cubicle too small, and no showerhead on shower. Would have liked glasses to drink water. Bathroom really needs updated. And the stairs to the guesthouse could do with being upgrading.

Fantastic location in terms of walking distance to the city center and all atractions, view from the top floor room,
the lift didn't work, the balcony door couldn't get fully closed so there was a noise coming from outside, lack of small table in the room and possibility to make a cup of tea, the room and bathroom would need a bit 'do up' works, buts it's fine if you only sleep there.
