Hf Ipanema Park

I stayed at the pool floor, on the top level, renewed and with a superb view over the city, with a nice swimming pool that should be terrific... during summer time:) I made a mess of my suit during dinner, and I asked if they could clean it up in the hotel laundry. I found out lather on that they didn't felt comfortable clean it, as that was not their specialty, so they took it out to a professional dry cleaning. thank you! Forget facilities, great service, wonderful people, is the true spirit of 5 stars hotels, and Ipanema Park staff has it.

The staff are superb! we choose this hotel every time we travel up to Porto.Velean rooms, pleasent staff.

There is smoking in the lounge which makes it uncomfortable, as Im alargic, so I cant use the lounge.

Most of the staff were very attentive and helpful in their suggestions of how to get around the surrounding area, and especially when we lost a wallet - they made many attempts to get it back and despite being unsuccessful we really appreciated it.
