Radisson Blu Sky Hotel, Tallinn

Excellent staff. Room good and very comfortable bed. Close to town. All in all excellent stay and would highly recommend.

The bedroom was too hot. However the staff went out of their way, especially Alexander, to help with this and we were promptly given a fan which was ideal. Lighting too dim. Not enough drawers and storage. This is my personal taste and did not make me unhappy.

perfect location, very close to everything. perfect food at breakfast and in the hotel restaurant, lots of choices, incl. kids menu. very comfy room (I had standard), all the toiletries are in the room and many other services are available free of charge by request (pillows, sewing kit, shaving kit, etc.). a set of teas is also available in the room. we did enjoyed our stay.

really not a big deal as compared to the level of service we got with this hotel, but still: the electric kettle in the room was not clean enough; once a room maid forgot to empty one of the trash bins.

This is really the best hotel we've stayed at for our honeymoon out of the previous 7. We got greeted by a very friendly receptionist (Christopher) when we got there on New Year's Eve at 10.40 pm. We were upgraded to a suite with free breakfast buffet for all our 3 nights there! When we entered the room, we were treated to a platter of chocolates and sweets and a handwritten congratulatory note from the service manager (it was our honeymoon). Everything in the room was just perfect from the very comfortable bed to the heating in the rooms and toilet. Even the toiletries were high quality! Breakfast was a very generous spread. What was amazing in particular was the curd cheese pancakes and the large cuts of salmon and trout. The waiters were all extremely professional and friendly as well. On New Year's Day, breakfast started at 8.30 instead of 6.30 and ended two hours later as well, which was a very nice gesture for both the staff and the guests who might sleep in after the countdown.

Everything was perfect.
