Staff were not that friendly in the bar. The ladies who were serving at the bar were grumpy and seemed that they did not want to take your order and just walk off when ask for something. I asked for baileys numerous times and they kept saying you have to pay for this out loud even though I told them at the beginning i know I have to pay for it. When I arrived at hotel I was told to email my reservation to the reception. This is pure laziness as they couldn't be bothered to check the list. When I paid at the reception, I was asked do I want a receipt for payment. I said yes and she said would take 20 mins. I never received the receipt. Food was average, not enough meat selections. Glasses had watermarks. No tea coffee at lunch and dinner time, if sat inside you had to go outside to order drinks. Overall cala millor and cala bona is a lovely resort.

Only thing decent in this hotel is the front entrance, the reception area, dining room, and the lounge.

Rooms are trash! I had a single room for myself. It was too small, not great for any couples, or anyone staying for longer than a weekend. Bathrooms are the worst! Unhygienic and rusty. The cleaners do not clean properly. Your lucky if you get your whole bed changed. The only thing the cleaner changed while watching her was the pillowcases, towels and bins. Then she would mop the floor and that’s it. Sleep: put your ear plugs in or watch a Netflix series because the noise of slamming doors and people having sex is a lot lol Pool: False advertisement to the fullest. It’s small. People are on top of each other on their sun beds. If you like having someone you don’t know asking you to move over or touching you because there’s not space... good luck! The best thing for food is the breakfast and the rest of the food is basically tasteless prison slop. Drinks: you have to pay €1 for a reusable cup, snacks are not free and premium drinks such as Disaranno for example are not free. Also non premium drinks are watered down so that was annoying. Basically everything is not inclusive. The up side to my trip here for an “all inclusive” 4 days was that going to the beach, cruise and doing other activities helped me forget that the hotel is shxt. I would not recommend it to nobody.
