Hotel Roma E Rocca Cavour

Spacious, friendly, good location

Central and close to Port Nuova station which is great if you're travelling by train. The room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom. The whole place has a slightly old fashioned feel to it but in a good way. The breakfast buffet provided a reasonable variety of both sweet and savoury items and we enjoyed being able to eat out on the terrace. Staff were helpful and efficient.

The location was perfect!

It’s so quiet its hard to believe that the hotel is located in such a busy area. The whole ambiance is wonderfully relaxing.

The Hotel is beautiful, and my room was nice and very spacious. The bed was a bit too firm for me, but other than that, it was lovely. The bathroom was nice and well equipped, The breakfast spread was wonderful, a very large and varied selection, including scrambled eggs and warm ham, which I didn’t find anywhere else in the 7 places I stayed in France and Italy on this vacation. The staff was helpful when I asked directions to places, and they let me store my luggage after check out. Additionally, the location right next to the train station was very convenient, and the airport shuttle is right across the square. It’s in a nice area with upscale shops.

The croissants and the baked cakes were not so good, dry, and a bit tasteless, but the other breakfast choices were good.
