“Great position as the tram/bust stop is just in front of the building. 8 mins walking to ULB and restaurants/pubs in the university quarter. The young guy at the reception was very kind and nice. Didn't have any problem but as I said the hostel was quite empty due to the pandemic.”

“The hostel needs some attentions and repairs. There was no fridge although on their website said kitchen. Obviously the owner has no desire for improvement as there are two showers that was broken for a long time and the previous guests review was not good and a low rate. I arrived after a long flight and met an unpleasant and unwelcoming receptionist Paul and it is surprising that he has a job and not even bothered to communicate with the guests properly. Mohammed was an ACE and so helpful and pleasant. Also the hostel its linked with a very dodgy website which the hostel owner should reconsider to be their partner. They advertised a bed but they have taken nearly twice from my account.”
