As soon as the plane pulled away from the terminal, crew members seemed rushed and frantic, literally running back and forth from Economy Premium to the galley gathering items. Approximately every 7-10 minutes, crew members would be running back and forth next to my seat with heavy foot steps, which would wake me up. I also noticed that certain crew members were shouting at passengers to get their attention instead of lowering themselves to be heard. One flight attendant almost spilled orange juice on me because she turned around too fast trying to serve drinks. I'm not sure if they were short-staffed, or if it was the influence of a certain crew boss, but something was definitely wrong."

Plus the flatbed lay out meant you were basically lying in a question mark position, not so goof for tall people like my husband. The food was good but uninteresting and I think for an overnight flight there should be more smaller,lighter, non spicy options offered rather that full dinners."

Given we could not even take water brought in the airport into the plane there needed to be regular distributions of fluids on the flight as there was on the flight from London toy Singapore. However we were flying West and thus into daylight. Sadly the window seated passengers were not asked to close their window blinds to block out the sunlight and many were left open. This made the cabin very bright and a difficult environment in which to sleep. Too much advertising before the on board videos, but otherwise content was good."

Ưu: "Choice of flight from Utapao really was a no brainer. 45 minutes from home to departure lounge, had I flown from Bangkok I would still have been on the motorway! Everything went like a dream, a huge thank you to all at Qatar Airways, a true quality service."

Khuyết điểm: "I got in a car accident on the way to the airport for my flight. I went in an ambulance to the ER and had a doctors note that I was safe to fly the next day. When I tried to move my ticket to the next day, with a business class ticket that cost $4000, Turkish airlines wouldn’t do it. They made me pay $3000 to get home . Unbelievable"

Khuyết điểm: "I missed my connecting flight in Turkey as flight was delayed. It was my worst flight experience because nobody wanted to help me. It took an hour of being ignored by various TA staff to eventually get my boarding pass to the next available flight to London. I nearly missed that one as well because of it. The staff in Turkey was rude and unhelpful and most didn’t understand English properly. There were a number of others having the same issues, it was an awful experience."

Khuyết điểm: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Bathrooms were very dirty during the last 1/3 of the flight and remained so, including no toilet paper and paper towels. 4. No second serving for refreshment beverages during flight."

I was worried the flight might have been held up because Schiphol airport is too small to handle its increasing air traffic and is often backed up with planes waiting on the tarmac to dock or take off. But it was an early morning flight and everything went smoothly. We landed on time, disembarked efficiently, and were on our way."

Because plane was so old, the screens for the entertainment are laughably small and faded. Seats themselves are tired, with wobbly and dirty tray tables, and seatbacks that don't recline properly. Seat power is the outdated Empower standard, which doesn't work without a special adapter which virtually nobody has."

Khuyết điểm: "The back of the plane is just SO cramped. Seems humane to take out a seat in that back section. The food was pretty dry. Would have appreciated a bit more explanation of options. I didn't watch any movies - just tried to sleep. We took off three hours late. It's surprising to me that none of the BA staff spoke italian. Would have been helpful for the missed connections as I ended up stumbling through some spanish to help an older italian couple who didn't speak any english. it was surprising how little translation there was!"

Khuyết điểm: "On checking in I wasn’t given the option to add a bag, meaning I had to pay over double the rate at the airport. Trying to add one online or on the app failed. Calling the support helpline was a waste of time and money; spending 10mins on hold before being told there was nothing to be done."

Khuyết điểm: "Not even a bottle of water included in our two £239 returns to Pisa. We could have saved £150 each and flown Ryanair for this level of service. The only difference is that BA don't sell scratch cards(yet!)"

Khuyết điểm: "The crew were clearly not happy to be here New Year’s morning. They didn’t do the proper number of services, then left many of us with our food trays while they all went to take a lengthy break together. Passengers were using the flight attendants call button, and they were ignored."
