The stuff kind and helpful, the area is not that noisy, except for when they're having a wedding dowinstairs :)
The first room we got, the sheets were stained even though they seemed changed...we got another room instead, a long dark hair was laying under the sheets...not a fun experience. A weird smell in the first room too

The pool was nice, breakfast tasty
They almost charged me 2nd time even though I prepaid the stat on booking.com, They also overcharged me 10% despite the fact that I showed them a prepayment discount and an email with large sum of total amount i was supposed to pay according to booking.com. Negotiation impossible. Something is not working between booking and hotel staff.

Hotel has beautiful pool, good gym, great breakfast. The hotel is far away from the city centre but for me a good location near for the expo.
Cleaning lady woke me up 4 times in the morning. I was checking out at 12 but she was knocking the door starting at 8am. Did not sleep like a rock star as is the hotel slogan. Or maybe I did. :P Also I had to pay for short-term parking (under 1h) in front of the hotel which is a bit annoying as a hotel guest.

This is the perfect hotel, Spa and health center included, great staff - professionals, kind, available 24/7, fast online answers even from the health center lady’s / staff. The most important thing, since it’s not in the center, it’s much quieter and more private, not load and hectic. Thank you. :)
I don’t like the part that the elevators are with a card - I can understand and appreciate it's for my safety and comfortability but, every time you need to go up - to take the card out, - maybe a code or a biometric lock (finger maybe) Thanks, you - great Hotel - I love staying in your hotel
