Hotel Neptun

Lovely situated hotel, very peaceful and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.

It is a nice hotel but I was expecting a bit more for my money. I thought this was expensive. In addition, I needed to keep my room on until 6pm as my flight was at 9pm, they charged me an additional 120 euros. My room was the first room right next to the glass fronted staircase so I had to keep my curtains (at least the net curtain closed all the time). Anyone who was walking out of the lift or down the stairs could see in. I arrived very late on Friday night so didn't have the energy to go back to reception and change the room. I missed breakfast the first day and so went to the beach bar for some food. This was quite expensive, took a long time to arrive and was cold when it did. I found drinks quite expensive too.

The view from the reception area and our bedroom was spectacular, we arrived about an hour before sunset and it was super to watch.

Lacked the personal touch and felt like an institution! No pancakes! Wide variety and lots of it but a little more waiter service would be helpful....even to offer getting tea/coffee.
