Breakfast was very good, had wide range of food to choose from, easy to get around. Staff on hand when you wanted them to be, very friendly Staff, always happy to help out. Clean and tidy everywhere in the Hotel. Location was great, so easy to get to by taxi. Easy to find your away around the area's, never too far away from the shops, beaches and bars. Made myself at home quite easily. The views from the roof of the Hotel is speculator, could see for miles around, really good and friendly staff up on the roof aswell.
I thought that the rooms opposite were too close to each other, if you wanted any sort of privacy you have to close the curtains or else people could see straight through, sometimes getting on the roof of the hotel was a challenge, Where I got up on the lift and you find it closed when it was meant to be open. But no travel transfers to and from the Airport to the Hotel, which was a little bit disappointing.

The staff, especially the older staff in the restraunt are very friendly and helpful, always working with a smile on their faces. We really enjoyed the hotel location as it is quiet but still only a short walk to the beach. Also the variety of food was delicious. The Chefs were also very friendly and tried to give you the freshest food.
The beds were very hard and they are 2 singles pushed together for a double. The buffet could do with some vegetarian or vegan cards. Also the rooftop pool is as big as a paddling pool. And they do not have a whirlpool. Also the shower was broken, it would not hold the shower head. The younger staff were also the least helpful and at some points had to always be told what to do.

Not much at all to be honest.
Noisy location, rooms not great. Noisy lifts and poor facilities. Town not very nice.

We liked the location, the staff at the reception was really nice
We did not like the bed, it was not a double size but 2 singles next to each other, really uncomfortable. The fan in the toilet doesn’t not work and the toilet door is a bit broken. The tv in the room is a smart tv but it is not collegate to the network, would have been nice to use it as smart tv.the day we arrived we had to request new sheets for our bed because the one we found was dirty. The quality of the food was extremely poor.
