Room was ready on time
Be careful here, check your bill, they charges my room to someone else, so then I had to make sure they didn't use my card for other people's rooms
was very nice place to stay, we had a problem with some ants and the staff took care of the problem.
did not like the fact that we had some bad weather happen and the staff did not appear to be prepared for what we should be doing to protect our selves in this event.
I got what seemed to be an unusually low rate for that weekend. I booked in May and the rate on-line was good.
There was confusion about my reservation when checking in. When I booked the room, I called directly and was told that rate on their Website was not available. I went back and booked on-line and received that low rate. When I called the day before my arrival, I was told I didn't have a reservation and they could not look me up by my name. Really? The hotel is not that big and we were not all named the same. I had to call KAYAK and they had to contact the hotel to get them to honor the rate. Seemed like the property manager did not want to rent the room to me that weekend for that rate? Eventually it was corrected and I got the room and rate I had reserved.
