there is no iPhone charger prepared, even in the reception, I know most visitors will take it with themselves, however, sometimes a few need it while forgetting to take it. we had to leave our phone in the office behind reception for charging for a while. And the first time when we called reception if one of our plugs in the room is not working, the staff said that it must be the problem with our equipment which sounds like he doesn't want to take care of this. good thing is that after talking to the person in the reception in person, the plug worked when we were back to the room from outside.

It is a short bus or taxi ride from the main station and is a short walk from the Skyplaza, a huge shopping centre. There are also many restaurants and bars around the hotel.

The hotel bar was closed on both nights when I was there. Not sure whether it was due to the Christmas holiday or not.
